Nando's

Chicken was too burnt and dry, I order paella Was only few piece of chicken and dry too not the same way they make I use to eat at nandos. Better you guys close again

Food was good but took 30 mins - way too long for this kind of restaurant. I think they were quite understaffed and priotised Uber Eats orders over people dining in.

Nandos is always yummy and this particular stire they cook it really well however the wait time at this store is minimum 20 to 30 min on a not busy day and all nandis stores could be a bit cheaper as they are on the expansive side of a fast foid franchise.

Placed an order for pickup, when I got home we were missing 2 components to the order, and the chips we did receive only had peri peri salt on top and not throughout. Tried to call the store 5 times for the automated system to just tell me they are busy, and then hang up. 3 stars because the food is never bad here, but very frustrated we paid and did not receive anything in return.

Went in on a quiet Sunday. Waited over 20 minutes for my order whilst watching the 4 staff walk around idly. At one point there was no staff out the front and I watched my ribs and thighs burn on the grill. Bad service.

I saw some tiny flies sitting on various sauces they have. Informed the girl taking the order and was told the manager will be informed. The next 30 mins customers kept using those unhygienic sauces and team did nothing. This is a food hazard and needs immediate attention. Never again!

I didn't like the quality of my chicken burger. The ingredients weren't fresh. It was very disappointing.

Nandos werribee. Food was great but chicken wrap arrived cold so sent it back to reheat. I dont think the girl liked it so that vibe from her spoilt the feeling but then i couldn't care so enjoyed eating the yummy chicken which was well basted and had a good feast.

I visited Nando's Werribee today for a late lunch. The first guy that served me was both unfriendly and unhelpful. He was quickly replaced by a young man who assisted me not just with a special but also to get my points added correctly. I love the Extra Hot sauce here as it is a challenge to eat it. The chicken is always tender and the spicy rice and chips are delicious. I would recommend Nando's Werribee to everyone who lijes eating chicken.

Great service! Not the most speedy fast food but quality food takes longer to cook! Delicious food everytime!

Something needs to be done about the air conditioning situation or should I say lack of. Scorching hot days, no air con on, doors wide open & it’s like this all the time! It’s actually cooler outside if there’s a breeze! Sitting & sweating trying to eat a meal with flies buzzing around your food is just unnacceptable! I’ve heard from a few people complaining about it that no longer go to Werribee Nandos for this very reason. Probably time to do something about it.

It's wonderful. We like to visit this place frequently. Their service & preparations are tasty & best.

Always good for lunch. Fast service, food brought quickly to your table and it's always clean and tidy with easy access to all you need to have a great dine in experience.

No nandos taste in food missing flavour of lemon and mango from lemon mango chicken, no avacado in avacado smash really disappointed with the food these guys are letting down nandos quality

The service is good and the staff is friendly. However, the tables and floors need bit more cleaning on a busy day like weekends. The food was good though.

Decent little Nandos eat in establishment. The food is always good (it's Nando's after all) and there's always plenty of sauce bottles from pepper dressing to extra extra hot for use. Not much else to say about a Nandos.

Very expensive for a burger meal (19 dollars). Then you get your meal and all stuff u wanted out is still in burger. Staff friendly but too expensive for a quick meal.

Me and my boyfriend had our first date there 2 years ago, must have been great because we are still together. Ps nice chicken and spice
