Now with new way of scan a d order online even you walking through the door whithout any customers around seems lazy, and take too long to serve after pay, don't need to make cu waiting so long.seem managing is problem and processes make customes unhappy.food always good.

It is absolutely useless to list your phone number if you are not planning to even pick it up!
Management is becoming worse, only gave 2 packets of peri peri sauce when we ordered 2 WHOLE chicken with sides even after we put a note to get more sauces.like seriously how much does it cost you for the sauces?
I've tried to ring 20 times and no one even bothered to pick up.

Please try to think if it makes sense to give 1 packet of sauce per 1 WHOLE chicken?

Ordered half chicken, classic burger and large fries.burger was just bread bun with no salad and dressing; fries were all soggy and chicken was not even properly cooked. If you cannot cook the order properly in your near closing time then please let the customer know. We could have gone to anywhere else rather than spoiling our dinner meal here. Won’t bother again to order meal.

Not sure it's just me the staff changes every week?

Can't order in store at all now? First was the no cash business and now you have to order online.tough if your grandmother goes in with her grandkids and doesn't have a smart phone and wants to eat. Disappointing business model

The worst Nandos experience ever. Been trying to get Nandos for the last 3 hours, finally gave up and ordered online. Walked into the store 3 times and basically ordered to have my smart phone, apparently they do not have a written register for Covid19 tracing.then apparently I didn't order my drink through the app.ok ordered at store. Then, sooo hungry started eating in the car and realised there was no chicken! Had to go back to the store again and wait as they never made my order. Really terrible customer service. What a bunch of jokers!

I asked for the chicken wrap not be hot as it was for someone who is elderly and the guy serving me assured me it was not hot. I got home gave it to the person who ordered it and it was super hot and full of lettuce and one strip of chicken. Then the person was up vomiting all night. And the girl packing the orders was extremely rude.

Dirty tables dirty chairs dirty floor. Very very slow, under staffed. I felt yuck. Sorry to say i am a fan of nandos but this store is not good.

Boss is very rude.he is not considering delivery drivers as their customers.i wont prefer this store personally.hopefullly everyone of u feel the same thanks

One of the worst places to go for Nandos. 30min wait time to eat and they don't accept cash. Like seriously what kind of fear mongering twits are they!

Great place to stop for a bite. Chickwn was succulent and tasty. The place itself was spotless, great friendly staff Awesome experience, definitely recommend this Nandos.

This is one of the best places to dine in. I really love the decoration, music, spirit of the place and most importantly friendly staff. We go there twice a month and always enjoy our order. Highly recommend to visit.

Nice food but got our order very wrong and long wait for our food so we didn't bother to reorder because didn't want to wait longer. Family friendly and nice tables and decorations but bathrooms need cleaning

Gave us a replacement meal unfortunately wasnt on point again im not sure if they are understaffed or need better management?

As usual, a great meal with no complaints. Ordered on line for pick up and it was ready on time.

Normally I love the service there but today the darker skinned man was incredibly rude and they missed part of the order.

Never waited so long, infact they forgeted my name and order and were in state of surprise when I asked them the status.

I won't blame the staff, if they don't serve with smile.

Store is clean, staff is friendly and courteous. Food was quite good and well prepared, just feels slightly pricey for what you get. Still would recommend them.

Tasty food but they can work on their serving size more. Prices are high for the serving size. Other than that very good food
