79Worst customer service! They also won't accept cash! What's worst is they force you to use online ordering instead of over the counter. If you have low battery or slow internet connection, or want to pay cash do not come to this place!
Really enjoyed my meal, always had a good time in Nando’s… only if they increase their bread option that would be great
Always good for lunch. Fast service, food brought quickly to your table and it's always clean and tidy with easy access to all you need to have a great dine in experience.
I'm updating my review because they can't seem to deliver anything close to warm, yet when I go to pick items up myself, the miraculously get home hot. My items don't need a tour of town before they get to me.
Well you go in there to order take away and they prompt you to order online. Kind of a redundant really.but food is still good and the manager was too
If you’re sharing recommend 2 of 1/4 each of your favourite part of the chicken, with a side of salad and peri peri fries to share. You can also order a pita chicken wrap each, as an extra side. Finish off with a take away chocolate mousse for later!
If I could give less then 1 star I would rude staff cold unfresh food that was refused to offer a refund or replace the meal. Disgraceful
One star is not even worth it I am so disappointed with the service we had today. So what happened was we did an order online at 5pm and we gonna go pick up at 6: 30pm payment was done and we did receive an email saying that the order has been confirm but when we went to pick up our food at our big surprise the shop was closed since 4: 30pm. Now I have to go chase for a refund. What I don't understand is why would you give optional time to pick up your food when the shop is actually close. We used to love Nando's so much but it's not the first time that we been very disappointed with Nando's
Food is goos but no dining available even though there were 4 staff working. I will try again in near future and will update review accordingly!
Got food through the App n it was cold n corn was cold. Why dont u make fresh chips for people? Not hard
I used to love this nandos. But everytime we have come recently it’s “takeaway only” even when they are quiet. It’s a real shame. You may as well turn it into a drive through as you can never actually go in to eat.
The food was okay, but the staff asked us to order online and said we are only allowed to take order submitted online few people came after us and they were taking taking other people's orders on counter. We didn't liked this behaviour.
Worst customer service Ever, Went to the counter to place the order as we were having trouble ordering on the website, the guy on the counter advised that they won’t take the order on the counter no matter what…somehow after a few tries we were successful placing the order on the website…After a few minutes one of us went to get the water bottle we ordered online, again the guy on the counter was quite rude…Surely doesn’t know the meaning of customer service…
I saw some tiny flies sitting on various sauces they have. Informed the girl taking the order and was told the manager will be informed. The next 30 mins customers kept using those unhygienic sauces and team did nothing. This is a food hazard and needs immediate attention. Never again!

Experience#2 There are 4 people working and after all the lockdown rules and regulations have been lifted. The store says "No Dine In". Is that becomes a customer issue when you are short of staff? I guess we the customer should start and work towards recruiting staff for Nando's just so that we can dine in.
Nandos werribee. Food was great but chicken wrap arrived cold so sent it back to reheat. I dont think the girl liked it so that vibe from her spoilt the feeling but then i couldn't care so enjoyed eating the yummy chicken which was well basted and had a good feast.
**18 Nov Visited again. Great food and very well done. This is the best place so far for nandos, i have visited many and this one tops all. The order is made exactly as requested. Basting is very well applied. V clean and great c.service.no that girl was not there!

Still awesome food and great service nothing's changed.
We ordered 4 Creamy Hummus with PERi-PERi Drizzle pita for pick up. We thought it's the best option for vegetarians. None of them came with peri peri drizzle. What is the point of ordering from Nandos without peri peri oil? We can buy hummus and pita from Coles which would be cheaper. They dont even care notifying us if it is out of stock. Worst experience. Never ordering from this store. I would suggest everyone to check their order before leaving the store.
I have really bad experience today staff was really rude food was half burned and size portion was really small. You guyz need to work on ur services.
Friendly staff, l wasn't impressed with the ordering of meals. We had to do all our ordering on our mobiles, now my mum is elderly and she doesn't have a mobile, after a bit of confusion ordering online we were told we could of gone to counter and ordered. Now that should of been stated initially on arriving and before we were ushered to our tables. Excluding all the confusion the food was ok. Wouldn't be in a hurry to return.
It’s 9: 26pm and we went there for dinner pick up or dine in. They first took the order and in the end they informed that ‘we do not have chicken’ very disgusting…
How would you plan dinner in a Nandos where they do not know how to give customer service.
Most Nando’s maintain high quality and this one is no different, perhaps better. I ordered the chicken and it was cooked to perfection. I also tried a surprise addition to the menu, grilled broccolini, and it too was yum. Friendly staff and cool ambience.
Waiting for than one hour for our order. Asked them once for the delay in our order and they said they have forgotten because they were so busy and they were going to place it straight away. 20 minutes after we asked them again and they have completely forgotten about our order.
