45mins they are asking me whats my order! Giving bad name to Nandos.

Need to work on enhancing the taste and portion of food, they are serving way less portions than over branches

If I could give this no stars I would. Black lettuce in my pita. YES, BLACK. A QUARTER Chicken which was a leg of Chicken.
Absolutely disgraceful. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I’ve ordered leg pieces got home with wings pieces called them up told us that we ordered wings pieces how is it our fault that your staff members don’t listen and on top of that was burnt and dry! Basically just throw my $43 in the bin

Been coming on and off here since they opened and it has always been way below nandos standards. Complained so many times but the Manager thinks it’s all good. Great way to run a business. We always hope they will improve but never do. Decided not to come here ever again!

I came in this evening for a takeaway order. The boy who first took my order was lovely but the islander girl who was on the grill looked so miserable and at no point acknowledged me or smiled even though she could see I was waiting for about 30 minutes for my order and no attempt to even make eye contact No vibe or atmosphere in the shop. The other young girl gave me my cold food with a sour look on her face with no pleasent farewll. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning nor reccomending anyone to go to your shop. Food was tasteless and chicken dry. Im in retail and I always make sure I greet every customer and make them feel welcome. Please tell your staff it doesnt hurt to smile and make customers feel welcome. This is the first time in over 10 years Ive ever had a bad experience at a nandos and the first time i did not enjoy the food. Im extreamly dissapointed especially given how over priced you are. If the food was nice I would not be complaining.

I have been to many branches of nando’s but seriously this one is not good at coustmer service and also if number is provided to call for an order why dont they pick the call. Very disappointed with this all and will never go to nando’s again and not even suggest any of my friend to go to this branch

I run a garage door company and three of my staff have had to take the day off due to having severe runs, sweats and vomiting. Don't eat at this Nando's franchise you may get sick.

I always do catering for my work from Nando’s
As i love Nando’s so much.
The stuff is really good, the menu as well.
However I asked for a box for my seriously large chips, and the manger said no we can’t do that.
I told her, they do it for me in other branches. So finally she said alright i will give you in a box.
Then she gave me my corn in a paper bag. And the paper just everywhere on the top of the corn, i ate my corn full of paper. As the corn was super hot and it cut the paper.
And when am back and i asked her why?
She said because you got the box for the chips.
I really had no answer to this.i will never go to this branch again.
However i love Nando’s and their loyalty card.

Worst Nando’s ever, staff don’t listen to any requests and ALWAYS get the order wrong, STINGY store as well, don’t bother coming here
