Zero star! Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. Nandos used to be my favorite take out on weekends but Nandos Craigieburn has ruined it.

Minimum 50 minute wait for food, regardless what time or day you order. Happens too frequently.

Your staff need retraining in customer service, as well as how not to be rude and aggressive. Also, I paid for 3 extra tenders in my order and they forgot to put them in the bag. The salads I usually order were also put in a different box which meant there was less of it.

I genuinely cannot reiterate how terrible this Nando’s is. They don’t wear gloves, the workers look miserable all the time, there’s always a wait past 5: 00pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Some people in the store waited an hour for their food and the food isn’t worth eating (too cold/inedible). Don’t dine in cos your food is just going to stay under the lamps for 45 mins. The people taking your orders are always so aggressive and rude. The owner of this place, Carmel, is absolutely horrid; she thinks she’s GOD and genuinely doesn’t know how to run a business. How has this place not been shut down? Honestly with the amount of complaints I’ve witnessed, they also never pick up the phone and getting a refund is like going to war with them. Make the food properly (with gloves), train your staff well and use FRESH produce. I’ve seen lettuce leaves with DIRT in my salad before. Do not waste your time here, they are absolutely lazy. Also tell your staff to stop gossiping and swearing when there’s literal kids in the restaurant especially the islander girl at the grill always using foul language.

These people steal your money! This is the second time they have cancelled my order and not refunded. They tell you all sorts of stories, bunch of thieves

One of the worst Nando in Northern areas they never get your order right, it’s either they fked it up or they make u wait double time you waited already for something they missed, and if you not happy of they way they make it! You feel your will get attack by the big scary looking NZ girl there I believe she is the manager the worst attitude she have.

I never like to visit this store again. I have been to many different nandos, but this time, I really had worse experience while ordering food. The mature lady there is very unprofessional even she claims to have decades of experience in this field. I would never recommend to anyone as they have worse customer service.

This is the worst Nando’s in Melbourne. Every Friday night there is minimum 40 minutes wait if you want order a dinner. And they will discourage you to order anything because the wait is too long. This happened to 3 times. Every should avoid this place.

Very clean and extremely accommodating and friendly staff. Will be back tothis location for sure:)

Person at grill seemed confused. Order took very long. Food quality was ok at least the meat wasn’t burnt

Just got my take away order after 1 hour wait. All because they forgot corn? So many people but they simply can't manage an order. Avoid this place if you are hungry.

We ordered a super fuel salad which us supposed to come with sweet potatoes and avocados, however, the makers decided to give us spinach and rocket leaves only for $10. Unrecommended!

Probably one of the best Nando's in Melbourne. Sadly their standards vary. But the food quality is really good here.

I enterd the shop and they told me wait 10 min i waited 10 min and they told me wait more and then i waited and when i asked another worker my food was ready but the first worker was telling me to wait for nothing

They make us wait outside because of covid restrictions at least put heater on outside it’s freezing sometimes that’s not fair

The worst Fast Food/Restaurant I have ever been to. It was disappointing and frustrating to experience the poorest customer service I have had to endure. The food was served cold and when asked to replace the chips with freshly cooked chips. I was asked to leave the store. Needless to say I was asked to leave the store without food (that I already had paid for) or refund. I was told to take it up with head office. I then insisted they give me a refund and to give me my money back. After 1 hour of standing my position I had to call the police as I felt they had deceived me and they were acting fraudulently. The franchise owner attempted to force me out of the store by physically touching me and pushing me. Mind you, this is during the peak of a pandemic. I will pursue this matter with head office. Never again, I suggest to you find another Nandos!

If I could give this rating a zero stars I would.
First of all I work at a Nando's in a different branch that is not a franchise so we do things accordingly. This is the first time I ordered Nando's from this store and I am APPALLED. THE PAELLA THEY GAVE ME WAS IN A WRONG PORTION SIZED BOX. The chips weren't even filled up to the too either. Was ripped off with my money, definitely not worth the price. Will never order from this store again.
