This Nandos restaurant has become the worst in Melbourne! Everytime I order they never fail to disappoint me with their poor quality food (chips not fresh, rotten veggies or missing ingredients) once I had to complain to the head office and yet they did nothing about it! It is such a shame that we have a store in our local suburb yet we cant order due the bad service!

Makes me question if you guys actually clean your vegetables. Disgusted to find ladybug! I hope i can get refund for this burger

The bun was breaking in the burger like it was hard and old, definitely not fresh. Veggie patty was soggy and undercooked. This is my second bad experience at this store.

Would give zero stars if there was a option ordered whole chicken the size of the chicken was so small that it had hardly any meat just flesh, it was size of a quail, chips undercooked, bun of the burger was straight from the fridge didn't bother to toast it.shockingly low level of quality and customer service

Very good chicken, tastes very fresh, the chips were nicely cooked, crispy from the outside and juicy from the inside. Would recommend this Nando's to any person that loves chicken.

Who ever is in charge there on Thursday 27th May needs to sacked.
People pay good money for the food you serve customers you should be ashamed. I get home to open both sweet potato chips and normal chips all soggy and uncooked.

Absolutely disgusting food for the price. This venue makes Nandos looks bad.
The sweet potato chips were soggy, the large size garden salad had no sauce, like who the hell would charge $6 for plain salad. And the wrap was small and flavourless.
Not happy with this joint.

The counter staff was a bit all over the place. Asked for confirmation two times and even after that he was confused. I had to explain the order three times. A bit annoying. However, more annoying aspect was the presence of flies. We can't have them in a restaurant, can we?

Bad service from the manager that worked 21/03/21 very disrespectful my children aged 2 and 3 did not eat there food because it was chilli when asked for lemon and herb but the grille had chilli on it from the previous meals that where on their and ask to have my lids meal cooked again and she refused and said to me to get up and pay for my meal again which my baby girls didn't even eat thank u for ur rubbish services in front of other customers which said that was totally rude of her she doesn't deserve to work and have a job she should go back to her country and be a slave for $2 a week

Poor customers service.served chips without seasoning and no cutlery no tissues, cold corn on the cob. After asked for seasoning the chips and reheat the corn, the girl who served our table staring at us all time till we left.worst customer service I have seen in Nandos, not even deserves one star.

Order is always delayed. They gave preference to online orders mainly Uber. And it is so annoying

Extremely rude customer service.possibly the manager whose all built up thinks he knows it all.yelling at customers in front of other employees and other customers. Should have learnt some manners before being employed by Nandos. Nasty Nasty experience.

Very rude person, discriminated my age (don’t want to share detail). Got the order, no chips. Went again and asked, then they had me waited for 15 minutes to get the chips I ordered in the first order. Asked about peri peri sachets. They said they don’t give them, while every other Nando’s provide them. When came home, found out that the chicken and the chips weren’t cooked enough. Had to through them away. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any Nando’s.

I asked for “room temperature” bottle of water on a freezing cold day, only to be told by customer service rep NO without even bother looking. I asked if there was another non-fizzy drink on room temp as I am pregnant and cant really have cold water for the sake of baby, answer was NO we don’t have anything. I found that very hard to believe. Never going back to this store again.

The manger (lady) is extremely rude. She has no manners when speaking to customers. So disrespectful, not sure how she’s even been hired by nandos such a shame. I would give 0 star if I could

Chips weren't cooked properly, they were completely hard in the middle. They wouldn't give me a refund for them. Terrible customer service, avoid this place, there are better restaurant/takeaway alternatives that will treat you right

I am a vegetarian so I have always had vegetarian options. Always happy with food and service:)

Ordered two burgers, veggie and chicken supremo. Chicken supremo was smelly and awful and veggie was still frozen in parts.
Tried for the first time and will not be going back ever here.
It's really bad and I am shocked they are not shut down by oh & s department

Food came out 45 mins after I ordered, not fresh and cold. Wrap was stale and not even warmed up. Floors and tables dirty More like a production line they don’t really care about customers

Great taste if not dry. Although I always have to ask for little sachets of sauce in Highlands Craigieburn outlet, otherwise they won't give any. Other outlets I have been to just give them without having to ask.
