I gave them 5 stars few year back but now changing that to 1 star because there is no option for Zero.see the photos. I ordered online and paid Approx $11 for BBQ ribs on 8th Jan Monday evening, and look (photos attached) at the size of ribs they give you. That little box had 8 Bbq ribs in it. On the top food was burnt and tasted like charcoal. I bought from other nandos and they give bit better sized food but not like this one. People better go to local charcoal chicken shops which offer better quantity and quality food. This franchise Owner is giving you less food in same $$$. Franchise shold look into it. Not going there again.

So fresh and delicious! Big shout out to Jet who helped an old lady like me order for the first time. Highly recommend!

Ordered a AVI GOODNESS which was nothing close to it, i couldnt even swallow the first bite as the chicken was very has to chew wasnt cooked well, when a approched the restaurant and spoke to the manger/owner she stated that its a chicken breast and thats how it is supposed to be, tried to explain to her but she sticked to her opinion and never listened to what i was saying.
Shame on nandos to give you a franchise. I went ahead and complained to the head office as well

Worst service ever! Everytime we get take away from here our order is always wrong or something is missing and not worth my time or petrol to go back. NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible experience, order food online and its been 2 hours the food is not delivered, they charged delivery as well but the food didnt show up, calling on nandos craigieburn but nobody is picking up call, pathetic and poor customer service

Worst service and disgusting I experience firstly my order got to wrong table after 45 minutes secondly food ask for well done chicken got nothing like that because they were in rush but the third and worse thing when we came there were no fork only one after 45min nothing food come ask for two more went never came back and ask again was told from in the dishwasher so we end up have to share because we sitting under cooling food getting cold so disappointed at the end I complain all I get we sorry been busy so unpleasant, unprofessional service

Worst possible service of all the Nandos I have been to. Always take ages to prepare orders. The staff is so rude they don’t SV been feel the need to apologise for the long delay. They will just rudely inform you that your order isn’t ready yet and you have to wait for as long as they wish to take.

Dumbest nandos to go to. Need to make up there mind on what time they open. They need to hire people who can arrive earlier so they can actually open up the shop at 11: 00 to serve. Every time I’ve gone been told they open at 11: 30 or 12: 00 or 12: 30

The worst customer service from this Nandos store! Some staff have attitude and don’t care about the customers! Very disappointed!

Terrible expirience. Went in to eat with a friend and we ordered the same thing, a wrap with chips. My friends order came out in 15 minutes. After about 40 minutes I asked the waitress where my food was and she said oh we've been busy we will start making it now and walked off frustrated that I asked the question.
I then waited a further 20 minutes for my food to come out, the order was wrong and the chips were soggy.
I then asked for my wrap to be fixed and the waitress was so rude and literally almost threw the plate on my table when she returned with the correct wrap.
So disappointed in her service especially.

Went at Nandu’s Craigieburn for dine in at 9 pm got refused as staff said they only do take away. Very disappointed

It was 9: 07 when I walked in the Craigieburn Nandos store, I started ordering and midway through my sentence your staff just walks to the back without saying anything which was so rude, comes back 1 minute later saying sorry we close 9: 30. It wasn’t even 9: 10 when I walked in the store AND your website says closing time is at 10pm.

Absolutely lacking in customer service and on top of that, they can’t even tell the time. Absolute disgrace of a chain

Worst customer service disappointing experience
Ordered through the app and went to pick up the order after more than one hour my order was not even in let alone ready in store, when asked the manager said if the order is not in there is nothing they can do. They were happy to take the money but didn’t even try to help even after I showed the order in my phone.
Why would I ever visit another Nandos again!
Knowing we’ll what my issue was no one even followed up after to see if I would like a refund at least.
So the massage is simple
As a local my recommendation is not to visit this business but spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Ordered through door dash and was missing items. Tried to contact the store to organise them to deliver the missing items as I couldn’t drive and no one picks up the phone. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Terrible Delivery Service. They delivered to the wrong address and when we called them to ask were our order was, they asked us to go around to the house they delivered too, to ask for our food ….
The delivery man said he will follow up our order and call us back in 5 minutes!
We called him back after 10 minutes to find out we had to get in contact with the Craigieburn Store to sort it out!
Tried calling the Craigieburn store numerous times getting the “We are busy grilling” message!
Very disappointed with the service and Door Dash Delivery service!

I just got back they didn’t give me the drink and the sauce which I paid for just gave me a bag

IMPORTANT READ THIS

I wouldnt recommend coming to this nandos store even if you had nowhere else to go. We waited approximately 45-60 minutes only to have our order completely forgotten. 1 paella and 4 tenders. How hard could this be? Not only was it forgotten but when we finally got our food it was cold!

I order dinner online for my family waiting and waiting.they give my order to someone. Till they close I did get nothing now they deducted on my bank! I only get hustle how can I get my REFUND! Nandos Craigieburn manager REFUND MY $!

Worst customer service, staff looking tired, no smile, not suitable for the job. Waste of money.
