I wish I could rate this store a bit better but was too dirty. I asked one of the staff to wash the glass which I was ignored. My worst experience with Nando’s ever

Absolutely revolting filthy store. Will never go back here. I've seen cleaner bathrooms at the Elizabeth Street McDonald's! Tables hadn't been cleared, cutlery was dirty and last month I was sold a bottle of coke with a Christmas label on it! Further inspection of the coke bottle showed it was just past it's expiry date. I cringe wondering how filthy the kitchen must be if the store front and bathrooms are that dirty. I don't know how they haven't been closed by the health department. Such a disgrace to the Nando's brand

Arrived on Sunday 9.10pm, tried to order grilled chicken was told only wraps & burgers, okay fine ordered burgers and chips was again told no dine in take away only, where it was full house people still eating on tables, says closes at 10pm already out of top sale food, and not taking dine in customers. Thank you for the great experience will guarantee no return.

As a chain, you know what you’re getting when you go into any Nandos, so the food is pretty good, most of the time. I’ve been to this particular restaurant on multiple occasion, due to connivence, and there is also left over food or Rubbish on the tables, they’ve been out of certain ingredients, even the glasses look like they haven’t been washed. Best to put on an extra staff member to help clean up after the busy rushes.

Since reopen at the end of last year this place is 100 % better, better service, faster (compared to the last Nandos) much nicer team behind the counter who are happy to help where they can

Great place for a quick lunch or dinner.
Not a lot of seats maximum capacity would be about 20. Friendly staff and extremely helpful. It took may be 5-10 mins for me to get my order but was lacking the usuall taste hence 4 starts.

I'm being lenient with one star. Ordered a family meal, staff handed me a bag with just the chips then made me wait for another 20mins to get the rest of my order. Waited so long just to get an anorexic, burnt chicken! Definitely go somewhere else!

We used to get Nando's here before the renovations.

Since the renovation we have not been there until tonight.

We ordered 2 large supremo burger meals with chips and drinks!

We walk out the door and I run back in to ask for the drinks we ordered.

Get into the car and start driving and my partner looks at me and says, THEY GAVE US 2 BURGERS A MEDIUM CHIPS AND A SALAD!

Never again will I enter this store!

Side dish corn was cold, chicken was not properly cooked. Poor service, chicken came first but took lot of time to bring chips and corn.

Extremely slow service. I only ordered take away chips and took almost 30 minutes to deliver. The resteraunt wasn’t even that busy.

Place has undergone renovation.
But this place is filthy,
greasy tables and floors. What a disaster.
Old staff was better.

There's phones are not working & even online ordering option is not working. Its been not working for along time. At store there's a big queue & a long wait.

Good food but customer service is very bad, being there many times always wait more than 15 minutes to place an order. No one ask for assistant. More than 30 minutes to make an order.

Most hopeless Nando’s to try and call for an order! Never pick up their phone! Also they’ll either forget to give you cutlery, will give you 2 teaspoons to eat your chicken with, or will actually forget items from your order! Hopeless!

Service is average like the state restuarant.food is good however since the renovation its smaller.management need to review the state place.

Before I order the girl made forget to serve to 2 people already, my food came rice was under soggy, bread was burnt ask the guy it’s burnt, he replied me it’s not. Chicken was dry. Unprofessional staff by the time I left girl made more then 5 mistake already in 30 mins, filthy place as you can see in photos. Bad staff and bad food hope owner take notice 24 November 2018,7: 05 PM and take action about them. Never again

NEVER answer their phone. I also waited over half an hour for a take away order the other night, not to mention while I was waiting the profanities, language and topic of conversation I could clearly hear while waiting for my order.would not recommend
