Nando's

Was extremely dirty. Not a single table without used plates. They took the plates but didn't bother cleaning the table. However, they were expecting me to eat my food amongst the leftover food from the previous guests. Never seen such a messy place. If the dining area was so bad I just wonder the state of the kitchen! Will never go back!

Just had the most amazing customer service experience here. Very friendly, helpful and food was delicious

The Salad was old squished and stale. Chicken was dry and hard seemed like it was re-cooked. Also the Staff wasn't helpful or looked like were interested in working as the girl came next to us watching us clean the table didn't offer to clean the table at all or even acknowledge the fact that we were cleaning it, she just stood to there watched us clean the table and after 5 mins she came back with a bottle and wipes to clean all the other tables besides us. Very disgusted with the service and quality of food. Having Nando's everyday this was the worst experience I had so far.

Chips were not hot. The wrap was amazing. Customer service was great. Just a let down with the chips.

Came in tonight and was served by Bek she was so lovely, not only to me but to all the other customers who came in while I waited for the food! So good to see great customer service where someone goes above and beyond to be kind and cheerful. Keep up the good work.

Dont use narre warren nandos i waited an hour and a half then got an email saying food cant be delivered! Noone answeres the phone uber and nandos

Online ordering never works for this store. Can't even order delivery with the "free delivery" promotion. Despite "stay at home" instructions during lockdown, they still make you go into the store to order and pick up.

Just like other nandos franchises. Had no issues with this place after half dozen visits. Keep up the good work.

Good food, decent service most of the time. Orders are usually turned around in good time if ordered ahead through the app.

Somewhat small location, so seating inside is a little bit limited especially during peak times.

Order ahead using the app to save yourself a bit of time waiting around.

Very pleased with the customer service, the girl that served me her name is Becky G was super sweet and told how long the wait would be for my order. Don’t usually do reviews but, was just really impressed with Becky:)

Nice little store. The door used to be annoying and now they've fixed it so that's good. A couple of times when I arrived they had ran out of chicken. Overall, friendly staff and good food.

I ordered a large paella tonight and payed for a large and they give me a small and I tried to call them and I can't get through to talk to them it wasn't the first this has happened.

Stuffed up my order, but rectified it by replacing it with a different item but yummy, the garlic bread thing was a bit pricey for the size of a crumpet but still yummy but the price and the size not the garlic bread thing

Unfortunately, this Nandos in Narre Warren doesn't reflect the Nandos we are used to. That front door has been slamming and banging when open and closed for a while now, an accident waiting to happen, the place is not up to scratch and recently been there on 26/06/21, the sink areas is disgusting.
Nandos lover for more than some of you that we're born.

Very disappointed. Nandos paella is one of my favorites but the one I bought from here was inedible, the rice and the GPP were too dry and there's was almost nothing else. No cutlery or serviettes were given. Apart from that overall Nandos' ordering system is very difficult, can not contact individual restaurants for ordering, inquiring or raising concerns/ complaints.

Best Nando's in Melbourne. I went in to order 8 ribs and the staff told me that it won't cost me anything. Don't think that I am rating them because I got free food rather I am rating on my 5 year experience. The food is always hot and meat is always fresh and tender. Hats off guys.

Chips where overcooked and the chicken was mostly burnt and hardly basted also I'm reviewing for four people.we won't be ordering here again

Went there today and they said i can only have half chicken and a whole one that all they have or I can wait for 40mins to get 2.a lady order after me she was served first and got her chicken and left. I asked the guy at the counter he said he doesn't know what was happening we just in the kitchen. Very bad they have so many orders and don't know how to work it out. Get some one more responsible.
