Worst experience ever with Nandos Narrewarren. Absolutely a disgusting place to have food.

Place:
Very unhygienic place it is with sticky floors, dirty tables, dirty chairs, a very dirty wash sink, a very dirty and stinking bathroom. Wonder how well the kitchen is.

Food:
Ordered chicken burgers and veggie burgers. Took 30 minutes for the food to arrive at the table.and after such a long wait, we were served cold burgers.

Just couldn't stand long in there. Will never go to this Nandos again.

The only Nandos I will go too! The staff are absolutely amazing! So friendly! So nice! Love it! Keep up the amazing work guys

Amazing food, friendly staff and a peaceful environment. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Please get your seats professionally cleaned. The food and music is great. I get so distracted with how gross the leather seats are, that I intentionally choose other Nandos to eat at.
This perspective comes from a father of e kids who touch anything and everything then straight in the mouth with food and fingers.
I'll change my rating when I see intentional improvement.

Worst customer service. Been in so many Nando’s before always ordered 1/4 chicken separate from full chicken. Bluntly told they don’t it buy separate one for kids

Ordered medium, got mild, chicken was dry, checked with staff, they said food was medium, chips were soggy, need to check next time, maybe short staffed, previous take out was good.

Pretty average, burger bun stale, chips had no salt and tasted 3 days old

Won't be going back for this over priced garbage

The restaurant was filthy. We ordered to dine in. Couldnt find a single clean table to eat at. Surely it isnt that hard to have staff clean down tables regularly after people leave. Managers need a cracker up their #@$% to give them a wake up. This restaurant is very poorly run.

The place is a total mess and understaffed!
No body cares about cleaning or heygine!
Took them 35 minutes to get our order ready, they must take there cleaning and heygine seriously as it's the most important element at any place!

Bad taste no cleanliness. Chicken not cooked properly, sauce no stock.
Very bad experience

Decided to give this place a second chance and regret it. Place was dirty again including our table, my order was wrong and instead of replacing my burger they wiped of the unwanted sauce, my partner received the completely wrong order but decided not to ask for his actual order as the wait was long. Food was also very dry and stale.

Great food, great service and good ambience. Chicken was done well and tender too. A healthier alternate option to KFC!

Was served by their staff (Elham) - great service & passion considering how busy the store was with no helpers on board. Throughly versed, with genuine etiquette from taking an order to serving food on table until we vacated. Much appreciated

Worst Nando's Ive been too.by far. Rude service, long waits. No basting on chicken.the bbq and mild both had no flavour. Chips I'm pretty sure were cooked twice in parts.some soggy and some dark brown and very crispy.
I won't go back to this Nando's again. Go inside to shopping Centre.much better.

Bad Customer service, very tired looking, my order was so delayed, and they forgot to bring one of my food

Most dirtiest and unhygienic place. Minimum wait time of one hour for takeaway and dine-in orders. After all the wait, something is always missing. Seems like a good way to make money. All customers were unhappy and complaining today 7/10/22. They just give lame excuses. If you cannot handle so many orders, then do something about it. Been like this since last 2-3 years. Wonder how this franchisee is allowed to run.

Writing this review because I got a wrap and it doesn’t even include bacon in it but they put bacon in it anyways and several other items I didn’t ask for and it was cold and chips were also cold
But the bacon thing really put me off this Nandos going to consider to never come here again

I'm sure the food is up to usual standard but the restaurant itself is ridiculously small (can fit 1, maybe 2 people in line at counter with 1.5m spacing before you'reback out the door), no outdoor seating, and ordering from the app is impossibly complicated.
