Worst experience ever, waited 30mins for 2 regular meals with 3 other orders in the restaurant, ordered a BLAT burger and added cheese, paid 21.45 for the meal only to get something completely different. Waste of time and money. I recommend you go elsewhere.

If you like your chicken burnt, dry with no flavour look no further than this disgrace of a resteraunt.

Waited an age to even be acknowledged. Then had to wait again to be served. Didn't seem to be busy? Whilst waiting watched staff bring out a bunch of plates that were dirty and clean for a customer to pick clean plates from. Was then refused BBQ dipping sauce which is no problems for other branches. Proceeded to go to pancake parlour and have experienced perfect customer service.

Chicken was burned and still they nicely packed and gave it to me. I went back and asked, she said I didn't make it! Lol. Very poor customer service!

Despite being understaffed and under pressure, but food came out great and in a totally reasonable time

Disappointing. The staff have no concept of customer service nor do they take their job seriously. Hoping to have a nice dining experience but the food was less than satisfactory. Undercooked rice, enough salad that could feed a small country and severely lacking in presentation. Nandos you need to train your staff better and know how to run a restaurant.

Ordered twice via Menulog through this restaurant and never received. They didn't pick phone either. So had to go and collect it myself

The food was delicious but the staff didn't put much effort into their work.
We are foreigners and it is the first time to dine at Nando's, the girl on duty on 5/22 did not show kindness to tell us the correct way of ordering, forcing us to stand at the counter and order the wrong meal.
When we go to the seat just know that we can order dishes with pictures using QR code, which is easy for us.

Hi, today is my first time dining at your restaurant and I am delighted to have delicious roast chicken for the first time in Australia. But your waitress was terrible on 22/5 at 5: 50pm so we panicked and ordered but didn't get a good taste of your delicious roast chicken. At first she said to order and be seated, but after we finished eating, the new customer could confirm that the meal was ordered at the seat, which made me very, very upset.

Chips where overcooked and the chicken was mostly burnt and hardly basted also I'm reviewing for four people.we won't be ordering here again. Updating my review on 2022 Mother’s Day I ordered early online and 2 hrs later I get notified my order was cancelled. I went to the store and they said they called me to refund which was a lie. Don’t trust Alharn.

Pulled up in this cold gloomy weather, under the expectation that this nandos classic pita, with mild and Bbq basting, and extra aioli would turn this day around. As I waited on that couch for a good 20 minutes, my mouth salivated at the thought of my juicy pita oozing sauce and good times. The sliding door constantly opening with a cool draft was a constant reminder of the horrors that awaited outside, but I stayed positive this pita is going to turn this whole day around. 20 minutes later: “Moe”. Bingo. My smile stretched as far as it could. The drive home was hard but the thought of my pita kept me motivated - the smell of that special peri sauce filling my car and my stomach grumbling, awaiting its first proper meal of the day. I arrive home to be greeted by my angry wife: “Why are you home so late” and “all you do is eat”. I ignore her and go straight to the couch. I unwrap this pita. My first thought is hmm this is not so warm, however I stay positive. ‘It will still taste amazing’ I tell myself. The first long awaited bite, here we go….
Dry as the Sahara desert, cold as my wife’s heart and barely any basting. This inflation must be driving the aioli prices up because there was barely a drop of it in my wrap.
A tear rolls down my eye, this is not fair I think as I almost choke on my dry pita.

I reach into the bag for a napkin to dry my tears. Guess what?

Food was over cooked and dry and some parts were Under cooked and slimy not only but the tables were dirty and none off the staff seem keen on cleaning any place of restaurant the hand wash area is filthy and dirty and the time of food arrival was immensely long overall worst Nandos compared to eden rise and fountain gate

Been to a few Nandos and this one was clean, spacious and good service. Food done great, spicey!

The food usually tastes pretty good, however the staff don't follow simple instructions. I asked for the chicken to be cut into 8 pieces, they cut it into 4. I asked for sauce packets, they gave me none. This is not the first time they've done this.

What's the point of writing down instructions if they're not going to follow through?

Monday morning, i decided to go into nandos and order myself a half chicken mild with chips and I was told by the lovely staff member a 10 minute wait is on the chicken, I kindly nodded and moved on to where i was going to allocate myself to eat my feast. It was only then i saw Drake sitting at the back of the restaurant i quickly ran up to get my autograph and he did, not 10 minutes later Polo G, Lil Yatchy, NLE CHOPPA, Lil Baby, Future and Gunna walked in and bought me a lamborghini and gave us a live performance. Truly an experience of an life time. I owe a great to debt to nandos it has forever changed my life.

Chips were served cold, Cutler was not there, hand washing tap was broken. The good thing was they served halal food.

Chicken was bit overcooked and not enough peri-peri sauce on it. Overall, the restaurant is not cleaned as well.

Completely wrong order ruined dinner for the family, for the price it is an outrage and trying to call in the problem is almost as easy as childbirth.
All other stores I have visited have been blissful.

Worst place to order Nandos, you get given an estimated time and still order ahead but still have to wait 1 hours in the store to get your food. Do not recommend!

Average, the cook probably needs more practice and more waste management as the food needs to be more fresh, so order smaller portions to the amount deemed required so there are more fresh produce available with more frequent orders.
