Best nandos in Melbourne. Chicken always cooked perfect. And the staff are great too. Thank God this is 2 minutes from where I live.

Not a bad Nandos, although we did think it was shut from the carpark because there was no signs out at 1pm on a Wednesday. Food came out pretty quickly and inside was clean. Helps that its in a strip of shops so there is generally lots of parking available.

The food always tastes great and fresh. The manager Charles is very friendly and the service is usually really good and quick

I've been a fan of nandos for a long time and this location has to be the most consistent and best quality! Charles & Aaron run it very well!

Good chips however the veggie pita only had old lettuce and did not have any other vegetables in the pita.

Food came in about 5 minutes, it was cooked perfectly and the chips were fresh.workers are friendly, and the music was proper. 10/10 would go again.

Food is always cold, Handy tip for the chef.maybe put chips in at the same time you’re making our burgers rather than making the burger and have it sit there the whole time.

Cooked my 8 bbq ribs and chips perfectly the staff were friendly and well
presented. The store was clean and busseling with customers. Would go back again hopefully it will be the same great service.

I've only been to this Nando's a few times but it has been consistent for me so far - one of the best Nando's I've been to for sure.

Alway great service frendly staff and chicken is perfectly cooked. Juicy and never dry makes the best paella

This Nando's is my favourite, I always appreciate the good work the young staff do. Usually just have chicken and chips, it's just so consistantly good.
I like to thank the staff each time for the effort they put in. Eat in is good, just enjoy the atmosphere the aroma and the Spanish music of course. I encourage punters to be a bit more appreciative, love goes into preparing that spicy taste!

Very disappointing found hair in food would not give me a refund blamed it on me said is was my hair I don't have hair im a bold person

Normally one of the better Nandos. Go to this one or the one on Swanton street. Service can be a bit slow here being a suburban take away place and low number of staff. Chicken is great here

We eat Nandos quite regularly and there is 3 stores within 10 minutes of our home. This one isn't the closest, but it is the best.

Worst service ever! I'm a regular nandos eater but extremely disapointed with management service. Ordered large spicy rice. Rice was quiet hard. Ask management to cook it further or change it for another side. Never even apologise just said no to request that's how it is! Willing to only microwave and give it back.

Small and cozy! Went there after 9 PM on a Saturday. Was not crowded and got our orders quick!
However they should at least get rid of those mopping buckets when customers are sitting in there. I can understand that you want to get things done when you are supposed to close at 10 PM, but that smell (of chemicals) from the mopping bucket was overpowering and is not considered good when you have guests seated there to eat.
