Nando's

We have ordered chicken from here multiple times and it is always very well cooked and fresh. All the sauces are tasty and salads are fresh too. Great customer service and very friendly and polite staff. Orders are delivered on time.

I generally have Nando’s once in week but last few instances were horrible experience. Since Dine-in started again they not allowed to dine in after 8: 30pm (every time giving different reasons like technical problems or low on staff blaw blaw ….) don’t know the owner knows about it or not. Never wanna go there again…

I had bad experience ever with staff I arrived around 8: 50 for dine in and staff refused for it and closing time is 10: 00 PM never expected like that

Ordered online. Neat and customer centric. Although I prefer to dine in, due to COVID restrictions it is unavailable.

Went to order and we are greeted with "we don't accept cash" this is outrageous. You have to legally accept all money tenders.the guy who served me had zero to no training with how to deal with this situation

Good and fast service
This time i had a half peri -peri checken and peri -peri grilled broccolini they were very frish and taste

I have been coming here for long time and always happy with quality of food but I would like to appreciate customer service of the guy who served me today 03/06/21. This guy was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was really impressed. Perfect worker. Keep it up. Didn't see his name or would have mentioned.

Ordered a takeaway half chicken with hot basting and a side of corn with lemon & herb basting. Chicken was overcooked and super dry with virtually no basting on top. Very bland. Same with the corn.
Big disappointment as the quality is usually quite good.

Purchasing whole chicken 2 large sides chicken was raw inside called up they said bring back for replacement not good enough should of being compensated with free meal cist me money to bring back

I ordered through Nando's app and the order was right and food was really good. Great customer service. Chicken size are good as well.

Quivk service, friendly staff, You can either dine in or take away.also have nandos app now so its even easier to place a order and ready in 15 mins for pick up

I walked into the store 5mins before close on the night of Saturday 20th feb. Exceptional customer service by staff despite the fact that the store was about to close soon. Food was perfect too. Impressive!

Great food and taste.
Size of chicken is usually smaller than other outlets.
But service is quick and overall good experience

First order here and was not supplied what was ordered. The receipt attached to the bag clearly had the right order details on it and the person serving also verbally confirmed the order. The 2 chickens purchased were also not very well marinated like other Nando’s stores I have been to. Won’t be coming back here again.

I ordered and the lady told me to wait 15min after 20 minutes I came back she told me another 5 minutes is ready, i came back after 5 minutes she told me another 2 minutes. REALLY? !

If this could be 0 stars it would be good was a rip of expensive lack off food they put a cold drink in bottom
Of bag for it to rip through the bag as it made it wet and also all the food was burnt not to mention $7 for halumi to get 4 tiny pieces all burnt.

Luke fixed up our meal today the chicken it was delicious and juicy and yes this is our favorite place to eat nandos

Came from Mernda to pick up takeaway. Found completely burnt out chicken when got home. Was clearly visible food was not edible. Should not have packaged it up for takeaway. Despicable.

Friendly competent staff, nice atmosphere, sun on our backs, and food perfectly cooked and presented. Our favourite Nando’s for sure
