Just one staff member was either not polite or she had her bad days 2x already. Sauce is free, and it won't be deducted on your salary, right?

Ordered via Uber eats, 1/2 the order missing and the salad had rotten black lettuce in it. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!

Order online though the app got there on time as per the app then had to wait another 40min befor it was ready, when I got it was cold.

Used to be 5 star review now 1 star

Waited over 30 min for food to come to table.

Staff clueless giving wrong items with meal and wrong drink sizes.

Food quality has dropped dramatically.

It's a shame that a place which used to be so good has turned to this.

Where do l start and is management going to read this. Walk in with 4 people one being my mother in-law who's 82 years & my girlfriend and son 6 out 9 tables inside dirty plates and filthy tables l had to remove plates only to ask for my table to be wiped down order our meal NO table number so QR code usless to order meal arrives at table but rice missing told them 5 times but is this a ploy to use you card again as Nandos is cashless. Chips were dry cold and no seasoning chicken was cooked well, the custard tarts were tasteless. Now for the finale how dare you one being staff members swearing in front of your customers using the F word and laughing l would love an apology please this is not on. The place was dirty it once was a great place so lm not sure what's going on. I'll call head office to get this addressed. It really spoilt my night as l was looking forward to a good meal.

Great food, but the ordering process is a joke. The online system doesnt reflect wait times correctly and at times you can be left waiting up to 30minutes in the store.

AVOID IF ORDERING TAKEAWAY - very disappointed with Nando’s Epping, ordered through the take away app, said meal was being prepared, wait time kept on being pushed out and over 1hr of waiting meal was then cancelled by Nando’s Epping. I’ve seen another review with someone experiencing the same issue. Nando’s need to fix this occurring issue but unfortunately it seems the business especially Nando’s Epping doesn’t care.

This place does not take cash. So annoying to find this out after placing my order and only cash was what i had. Wont be back.

Love nandos, this store is always friendly, fast service! Shame there aren't more stores out in the East now!

Food is good, BUT don't order on Uber eats they are always "closed" (even when we order at 6-8pm). They keep cancelling our orders but there websites stay they are open until 10pm

Hands down this is the best Nando’s I’ve visited in Oz. Service is always excellent and the food is consistently brilliant. Easy to park and has a great atmosphere.

This store deserves a negative rating but I cannot go any lower than 1 star. Whoever works here and is serving food so stale it hurts your jaw and is almost 100% impossible to eat should be genuinely ashamed of themselves. The inside of the roll I have been given is so hard and stale it sounds like knocking on wood when I tap my finger on it. And since they have such a despicably low standard for serving inedible food I'm not sure I should even be eating the chicken this store is serving. The staff at this store should be genuinely ashamed in themselves. Absolutely despicable to serve this to someone, I wouldn't feed it to an animal.

Worst experience ever, place upside down. Ran out of chicken during rush period, letting us know after we waited 35-40 minutes. Rudest staff ever, i could see other people as frustrated as i was. Never coming back to this store rather drive 5 minutes extra and get better service. Place is going down hill.

Smh, I think Dalton road Nando's is allergic to following instructions

Took over an hour for food to come out, staff were throwing cutlery when they were cleaning the tables and stepped on chips that had fallen on the floor rather than making an attempt to clean/pick it up.

Today was a terrible shock. I have never had a bad experience with Nandos before, but upon my first visit to this specific branch, I can't say the same. I invited some friends for dinner to find over half of the 3 chickens I ordered were raw - a very disapetizing experience. The manager clearly didn't care because when a worker told us they would recook the chicken it came back raw again. He did not fix the issue or apologise, so I just left and I don't plan on coming back.

I never met a restaurant manager so committed to keeping his customers happy! The environment is so positive, that is a testament of Michaels managing. Thank you Michael

This rating is for the cleanliness. Guys get the cleaning supplies out! The amount of dead insects/dirt/rubbish/mouldy food behind your banket seating had me throwing up. This is an OHAS issue. This is not good enough for a food premises. Windows need a scrub too.

Normally one of the better Nandos. Go to this one or the one on Swanton street. Service can be a bit slow here being a suburban take away place and low number of staff. Chicken is always great! Chicken burger is tiny for $11 and just meh

P. S.visited today after a while and the full chicken and large chips have gone way smaller. Pictures attached.

Food is good no issue with food ever just the service it’s always closed before time and never mention on their website. It says closing time 10 but sometime they close at 7. Just next time put this on website so we don’t waste our time driving there that’s all
