I came to nandos for something to eat and the food I got wasn’t good it was cold some machines where turned off so the food wasn’t cooked the way it was supposed to be cooked my food was burnt this is unacceptable.

Need to put more staff on. I ordered an online order for pickup at a specific time. I arrive and none of the staff approached me, I had to go up to them. When I asked how long for my order, they told me that they will start cooking it now. My food was meant to be ready at the pickup time, and yet they hadn’t even started making it? Also some items were unavailable, and they had called me 3 minutes AFTER the pickup time. I had given the restaurant half an hour notice and they called me when I am already there to tell me some items are not available? I then had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my food. Not once did I receive an apology for the poor service or delay in food. What a joke. Management needs to fixed.

Waited for over 45 mins for the food and still didnt get it. The staffs seemed to be confused and tired. Couldn’t bother waiting any longer so took refund and left. Never to go back there again.

Chicken wasn't cook, it was pink, I took it back and talked to the manager she told me the chicken is pink because it's a fresh chicken. Lol, I worked at poultry and cooked chicken. Chips colour was also bad, oil needs to get change.

2nd time I’ve been here and both times they didnt have 1/4 cicken half and full chicken available

I've been coming here for over 10 years and it's always been a great restaurant, but whoever is running the show nowadays needs a new career. The place feels dirty, the staff don't seem to know what they're doing and the service is EXTREMELY slow! Today I was made to wait for an hour for my order while I watched sitting patrons complain about getting the wrong order and staff scramble to fix it, and several other people getting frustrated as they waited for their food. This will likely be the last time I visit this particular Nando's for a long while. Lift your game, guys, this place used to be way better.

Lovely and amazing service by a gentlemen named Aaron. It was a very busy night but he brought out our food with a smile and so friendly. Thank you Arron

Don't accept cash what a joke, so not everyone pays by card you are

Ordered 3 items and took 45 mins to get a simple order even though the restaurant wasn't busy. I had to go up and ask 3 times, and the person said they'd let me know. My order was ready and on the counter and no one told me about it.

I was forced to use the QR code system to purchase a meal. I wasted 10mins just to put an order through. I had special requests which were difficult to mention through the system. Also, all my colleagues received meals at different times because everyone's order was placed separately. If Nando's continues to do this, I will never eat it again.

Terrible customer service and the food wasn't up to the standard we been going to this place for years looks like new owners have taken over and they not polite or helpful at all the food was below average.so disappointing!

Paid for a BLT and got a standard classic. My daughter was extremely disappointed. Chips were so so salty they were inedible. Wont be going back.

The staff at this Nanodos completely lacked any form of customer service or general etiquette of greeting people who come in and pay for there wages with their food orders.

My take away order took 25 minutes to come out and staff did not acknowledge the customers who are waiting to dine in or take away. Everyone was advised to check in with the QR code as there is a wait to serve customers.

The place is a joke. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere, Epping Plaza is quicker!

Forgot three items off order including only food for a vegetarian. Tried to call store multiple times but keep getting automated message to call later.

Pretty decent. Came here while on business. Order ready in 10 minutes. I ate it in about 2 minutes and back on the road

Food and service were great. Very friendly guy serving us and the food was prepared really well. My colleague wanted to order halal and they went out of their way to explain the preparation of halal vs normal food and took the care to prepare it well for him.

Top notch service and will be returning

Last couple of times I have been here I have been very disappointed. Chicken was cold in spots one night. Another night they had run out of chicken tonight my son ordered half a chicken and it was not cooked through. Won’t be going back.

Food as usual was nice and fresh

We order chicken Med salad Mild $14.95 Portuguese Paella chicken Mild $12.50 and 8 ribs Mild $9.95 certainly satisfied. Appetizing.
