This is one of the good Nando's restaurants in the area. Chicken always hot, and generally good quality food.

Dinner with friends, excellent meal very reasonably priced, will go again when next in Melbourne.

Nandos are great for a quick meal, or a sit down feast. They have a great selection of gluten free food. Most of their chicken range is gluten free. The paela is delicious and if you get the bigger size, you can take some home for another treat. Chips are gluten free too (it can be hard to find gluten free chips). Perri Perri flavour is nice. Olives are delicious.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, and most of the time you get your meal very quickly. Regardless of what store you go to, the quality of food is always excellent. If you are reading this and have not tried them, what are you waiting for? Warning, if you are not used to spicy food, start low, you can always add hotter sauce from the many different sauce bottles available (also gluten free).

We were there last night, as soon as we walked in the place was an absolute mess! Napkins and chips and sauces on the floor like if it was not cleaned for weeks! We struggled to find a clean table to sit on. We even went and asked the manager if he was short staffed because seriously it looks like the place has not been cleaned all day! Definitely first and last time! PS: my husband felt sick all night from the food too!

I ate here once. At 12 am that night I was projectile vomitting. It took me a week to recover from the chicken here. Would only recommend if you want to get food poisoning.

Great staff at the counter and un the kitchen. Always with a smile on their faces. They put up with alot of less than thankful people and they do it so well.

Food and service was great. It is a help yourself to everything, like all Nandos. The restaurant itself is small and crowded and a little noisy. As there are 2 entrances in such a small confine, it is always cold in there. They really ought to seal one off to make it warmer and give more space. There are no toilets but there is a bathroom available in the shopping centre.
Really, the 4 stars is given bc the food was hot, juicy and served with kindness.

Slow service, food didn’t have much flavour, no plates/napkins/cutlery etc sitting out, had to ask twice to get napkins etc. Messy and dirty tables and floors - dropped and stepped on food etc

In short the service is horrible! I have unfortunately visited this Nandos franchise twice. The first time when I visited with my family it was about one hour from closing time. At about 45 minutes to closing time the waiters started wrapping everything up. By wrapping everything up I mean cleaning up. And by cleaning up I mean they started banging the chairs and tables really loudly, started using the broom right underneath our chair and table where we were sitting and eating. The second time I was looking to just get some Peri Peri chips. I walked in with my partner and straight off I was told by an aggressive person at the counter "we are closed! ". The "we are closed" felt more like "F off! " So I am Fing off and advise everyone else to avoid this place by Fing off and go down to the Nandos in Fawkner. Their service is fantastic. Not to mention the food.

Airport west and Niddrie best nandos fresh food and great service but this Broadmeadows store always filthy and food is overcooked and taste really bad

Average food with terrible terrible customer service. Staff need to be trained properly. We had a horrible experience at this store, if customer service and hygiene improves then we will consider coming here. At the moment we are avoiding this place.

Had wraps, chips and BBQ ribs - all cooked very well. If only customers closed the doors when leaving - cold wind. Probably needs automated doors.

Guy was cooking chicken on the grill without uniform. No glass tumblers no napkins for the customers. Fries were soggy and not hot enough.

Absolutely crap. Ironically chicken was over cooked and rice were undercooked. Tables dirty and no Wet Floor sign without wet floor. Somone just put the sign there and forgot to put it back. Same with the tables and sauces. Staff didnt understand most of the order. Extremely annoyed and wouldnt come here again. Recommend the same
