Nando's

Driving for Menulog. More than 15 minutes waiting for an order. I asked for it, the person's says that I have to wait even more. These guys don't even consider the fact that we are waiting there almost for free. Delivery orders are not a priority at all. Zero customer service.

To whom it may concern,

On 15.6.21 I attended the Broadmeadows Nando’s and had ordered a take away order (classic wrap) meal. As i came to the middle of the wrap i noticed a hard piece of plastic which i bit into. I decided to email you guys rather then go back to the restaurant as i use public transport. This is the second time I’ve experienced an issue with Nando's Broadmeadows. The first time was on 27.05.2021 my family and i had went to Nando's Broadmeadows and the chicken we had ordered affected us I’m not sure if it was from being undercooked or cross contamination so my family (mother, sister, myself, brother) ate it and we took the leftovers to my father, the next day my father and sister which is 7 years old and i woke with really severe stomach pain, fever, diarrhoea and nausea. Especially my sister was highly affected by it as she is still young, all night she was shouting in pain as it affected her stomach badly. Honestly not everyone is perfect and mistakes can be made so i decided not to defame your business in anyway and let it go. Till i decided to give Nando's another go which was today (15.6.21) and I'm very disappointed about the service i have received as ive stated above the food has plastic in it for proof i will upload a video and ill leave it up to you to decide how you’ll deal with it.

Absolutely disgusted to see that a lady was almost asked to leave because they wouldn't accept cash on payment. Is our cash not good anymore? Isn't it money?

Shoutout to the staff at Broadmeadows for absolutely phenomenal service - they were all so friendly and accomodative and joyous! I'd recommend going to this Nandos whenever you feel like eating chicken.

Ordered a full chicken and 2 large sides. Probably the worst Nandos food I ever had. I have had Nandos from many other outlets but this one was absolutely disappointing. The chicken didn’t taste fresh. It was hard and not really hot inside. They probably heated up already cooked and kept aside chicken on the grill. Will never order again from this place.

Very disappointed.the chicken was over-cooked that it got burnt (and it happened more than once so far). They have stopped keeping Sauce bottles and to me this makes no sense going to Nando's again

My order came in 3 times, I ordered a veggie pita first time it came with chicken instead of veggie i took it back later came with veggie patty but no salad and third time it came right
but not with the side that i ordered.
Doesn’t pay attention, not a good experience I would say.

Order through Uber eats. Request for enough Sauce packets as my order was 2whole chicken and 3large sides, they send 2small sauce packets. Disappointed!

Hard-working staff, sometimes they overlook details but overall they are good. The bearded manager puts in some good effort. Chicken is Delicious indeed

Filthiest Nando's I have ever visited! Requested to clean the table but staff gave a look that I am asking for a favour! Never ever will be here again. No wonder why so many Nando's are closing.

What can you say bad about Nando's?
Every store is amazing. The good thing about Broady store is a lot of parking.

Refused to accept cash and as a result I couldn't get food, will not be going there again and I advise you all to stop going to places that don't accept cash either.

! I ordered via menulog and didnt even receive my food. I lost my money and they couldnt even find the driver who was supposed to deliver the food, mind you the driver had put the status as delivered when i didnt even receive the damn food!

I ordered takeaway power up bowl, large peri chips, bbq ribs and classic burger today. But burger was missing inside the bag. Always check your bag before you leave the place. They are irresponsible. No more Nando's I had bad experience with them. I don't even want to give one Star.

I have eaten here once so far and the food I had was good. Not sure how things are right now do to the covid19 going on.

If you want to have your order messed up every time and an incompetent manager who didn't do anything to fix the mistake or care, order from here, or else you can enjoy the great taste at any other nandos.

Very quick service and professional staff. The meals are priced very reasonably, and are actually worth it. This place would deserve my recommendation and I look forward to visiting this place again.

Staff was very friendly and food was served on time. Quick service. Along with the service food was awesome aswell.

The restaurant was dirty and the service very slow. They ended up bringing out the wrap that I ordered without the sides and I had to wait even longer on the chips

One of Shit food because veggie burger Pattie was not grilled properly I smell egg basting on it and it was raw and cold from inside not satisfied from dinner menu
