Great food. The hot sauce on the burgers is amazing and the chips portions are the best ive seen.

I ordered a whole chicken sat there waiting that I’ll get my chicken after 40 minutes went to the guy to ask the guy at the front about my order and they had no idea that I have ordered a chicken or not and instead of serving my he was if have ordered or to prove that I have ordered I had to show my bank account that money have been deducted of my account what rubbish service won’t recommend any to go and vest there and didn’t get my money back as well he said if have ordered I’ll get the money in the same account

Arrived at 9: 29pm, they said their grills had been off for 20 minutes despite their closing hours being advertised everywhere as 10pm. Very disappointing.

Food is good.always well done.
Amazing staff, very friendly and accomodating. Place is clean and staffs are very attentive. We are frequent customers.
Highly recommended.

It was the first time I went to dine in at a Nandos restruant, what an extremely sad experience for good food. The girl that served us at the counter was lovely. However, dining in to enjoy your warm meal was certainly not the case.eating from cardboard take away boxes and disposal wooden fork and spoons was horrible, no straws no plates you for real. You guys have so many customers I am uncertain why you can't accomadate for your guests speacially guets to eat comfortably when dining in.

I have brang up the this issue several times about staff approaching tables while eating asking for a review can this please stop
I personally don't appreciate being interrupted while eating

The worst experience ever, I ordered peri peri whole chicken with rice and coleslaw, the chicken worst chicken ever not cooked properly, and the coleslaw bitter we couldn’t eat it, and the spoons and forks you should go and bring it by your self.

So stingy w the sauce. I asked for extra bbq basing on my chicken and they barely put any. I go back to ask them to put more and they say that's the only amount they can give.chicken is so dry. I asked the big boss if theres a limit on the amount of sauce we can get. He said we can get as much as we want. Wth? Workers are rude, I felt brushed off the whole time.

I waited over 20 minutes for a wrap and chips. I was told that I'm waiting so long because other orders after me were smaller.they weren't. Also what happened to first come, first served? The servers looked so disinterested in working there, with one glaring at me from the kitchen since I sat down and another standing at the counter looking so bored with her head resting on her hand. Would not recommend this place.

On the menu, the Burger I ordered had a list of lush condiments which were not reflected well when eating it. It was okay but quite an average burger with half the condiments you would expect on a half stale bun. The service was odd. Not one smile from any staff member at anytime, front and back staff. One of them was rude to my wife. The Chicken part of the order tastes very good.

You people need to hire someone with brains at the front counter.

I got to the outsode window to pick up my order that i received a text msg was ready. I gave the girl my name and she told me it was still another 15min. I waited another 1min and felt sonething was wrong so i showed the girl the text msg to make sure and she insisted that it was the same order and that i should just wait outside

15min later the girl finally comes outside holding my order with the nerve to say to me oh we called your name 3 times inside. Its been ready for 20min.

If this was a peak time with a full restaurant i would maybe understand but it was empty. Very sad and a qaste of money for soggy chips and cold chicken.

Hygiene here needs great deal of attention. Flies, insects roaming around with a stink which makes you feel like throwing out. Food quality was good, but hygiene and customer service need to be ramped up!

Nando's always offers a vibrant, tasty and affordable menu, but it's the way that the experience is organised, and some of the service, that is the problem.

For some reason, this location doesn't allow you to order take - away at the counter; you need to scan a QR code. You can order food to be picked up later, but only around 20 - 30 minutes later at maximum.

This restaurant is probably too small, and understaffed. It always seems crowded; the tables are packed together tightly. I wasn't given any cutlery for a salad - type dish which required cutlery; I had to get up and get a fork, which I could've done whilst waiting for the food. No - one told me that we had to get our own cutlery.

Most of the staff seem unengaged and flat. It's also card - only.

I normally love the food from Nandos Broadmeadows but I just paid $60 for food with the main order being 24 bbq ribs. 20 of the 24 ribs were so burnt and charcoal they no longer tasted like meat. A $60 order binned and you can’t even call the store to let them know/complain.

I placed an order online from this restaurant 2 days ago,
I got a call 10 minutes later saying they were closed, that they don't know how I placed the order and that I should contact support online for a refund.
Its been 2 days and I've received no response or refund from online support.

Not sure why and how, but sometimes they run out of chicken in the middle of the day. You gotta wait for more than 40 mins+ to get your order to the table.
Now they started rolling out "order from the table" rather than at the till. It's quite annoying when you want to just add a soda or a drink as they won't accept payment at the till. In my case, I walked to the next door restaurant to get my drink and some appetiser and came back to my table.
Even after the recent reno, when you look at the floor and furniture, the place still gives you that dirty feeling. Suppose to be a fast food outlet, but have better service and atmosphere at remote mexican cantina.

We love Nando's chicken. I ordered a takeaway last Friday, and my daughter asked for something, which is extra for a meal, so I convinced her that item wouldn't come with 'whole chicken'. To my surprise, when we came home, it was in our bag. On a busy Friday, people were empathic with the customer. I appreciate the thought and customer service. Thank you

This place is notorious for NOT putting things in your take away.
Twice I've been there and twice they mess up the order and I find items I've PAID for missing.
This is why they don't have a direct land line because they have no idea. If I could of given a 0 score I would of.
I'll NEVER go there again staff need oriper training.
