No respect to customers, the opening hours is never accurate, you call the office and you also cant get any call back, coming from far and many times losing the trip. Its very upsetting!

Not even worth for one star because whenever I go there to order it’ll always takes more than 30mins to collect the order for takeaway.

If I could I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. Had the worst experience. The staff especially the Lebanese girls (hijabis) had no respect and a lot of attitude. I was not expecting the kind of service I received. I don’t pay to be treated with disrespect. Since I’ve heard that Nandos is closed for renovations i hope that the first thing they do is change the staff members and bring in more respectful and more professional staff. The Indian manager was quite respectful but i hope they don’t bring back the same unprofessional staff who wear the scarf and have no respect for it.

I haven’t been out to eat for a while. Now I know why. So so dirty! Food came out and was also terrible. Literally yuk.
Also they only take card. Refused cash.

Ordered Mediterranean salad with tender chicken: for 3 very small pieces of chicken and salad I paid $15. The salad had spicy oil and found insect in my salad.

Worst nandos in Australia. The staff are unprofessional, unorganised and rude. The place is complete chaos! Do yourself a favour and avoid this place!

The rude customer service ever. They stop taking orders at 09: 30 pm every evening. And they close at 10.00 pm. I f the owner can read it.please take my notice seriously and hire a good staff specially the evening shift manager. Otherwise they have different complaints to say before the end of the shift. If anyone goes there around 09: 30 pm they say electricity problem or everyday they say " we close early today" or have any problems so can't take orders. This time it happened with me 4th time from last 2 months. Just because they want to finish early so they stop taking orders from 9: 20 pm. Please take my notice seriously and do investigation about it.

Let’s be honest, Nandos is pretty hard to do poorly, but the decline in customer service at Broady Nandos has gone down the toilet faster than you can finish this sentence. Not sure if the owners have changed but there’s a serious lack of customer care and attention. Making people order online and saying nobody can use the register while there’s workers not doing anything and then eventually another worker deciding “yeah I’ll take your order at the register I don’t know why we’re telling people that. ”
Not to mention people that are dining in are having to grab their own meals from the bench.

We ordered paella grande with chicken, we could hardly see pieces of chicken only filled with rice and bell pepper. I am very disappointed, such a money wastage. Not gonna order from next time

1st time I had visited Nando's. Broadmeadows, on my way to Hoyts.
I was very surprised with the high quality of choices on the menu. Service was quick, and meal was very enjoyable. Staff very customer focused. Well done to All staff.

After waiting 45 minutes for our order, we went to the counter to see how much longer the wait would be. We were asked to repeat our order and table number and were told it would be another 5 minutes. After 15 minutes they brought out half of our food then asked if we were waiting on anything else. We told them what was missing and they apologised saying they had lost our receipt that they’d bring the rest of our order out soon, which never happened. We had finished our food and had to go to the counter to ask if we could get the rest of it to go. Another 5 minute wait.

Every single table inside and outside of this restaurant had dirty plates piled up. The 70+ minutes that we spent in store we watched every other customer wait and get increasingly frustrated with the inept service.

We have visited A LOT of nandos and this would have to be the worst nandos across all of Melbourne.

This place is a joke; it took 45 minutes to get a single pita meal for dine-in. I had to chase the meal down, only to find that the pita I got was missing the salad. I understand that the establishment was quite busy at the time, but my friends who ordered after me got their meal in about 20 minutes and finished their meal before we got ours. I actively avoid ordering from this Nando’s in particular because of the constant awful and inconsistent service that I’ve received over the years, and honestly I don’t eat Nando’s as frequently anymore because of it.

I had the lowest of expectations when I last ate here a couple days ago, and yet I was still let down. Cheers.

Worse customer service by staff and manager. Charged us extra, for what we ordered. Upon asking, the manager responded rudely and aggressively that they don’t have any idea of price has increased and they won’t do anything about it. Refer there menu and the receipt of what I was charged. Pathetic service overall.

I would definitelyrecommend this store. Nice customer service, less waiting time and food fells fresh, I had a paella and loved it.

Very busy on a Friday night but the service was really great still. They were obviously short staffed but did their best with a smile on their face.

Manager is supposed to be a leader and problem solver. This manager refused to cooperate when person showed paper based vaccination proof for an elderly overseas citizen. On the other side, people who are coming in and saying they have medical exemption (don’t have to provide proof) are allowed to dine-in. Nandos needs to educate their staff.

After waiting 20 mins the lady at the counter told me no more dine in. No signage at all. She told me they Stop dine in an hour early before the closing time. There was still 1.45 mins to go. One of the worst actually the worst place in Broadmeadows area. Have had few bad experiences in the past. Meat is not done properly. Never again

Always fresh! The meals Nando’s make are delicious, fresh and always the same. The variety is amazing. There is no substitute and no comparison. All the stores we visit are the same, just perfection! Love it!
