Nando's

Tables and cutlery are always incredibly dirty. Some not even washed at all it would seem. Food is good, but usually quite slow.

The food was cheap and awful! Our table had not been wiped, you could tell by the food scraps on the seat and table. It took three tries to get our order right! And by the time we got the food it was cold! Also we saw the man at the counter knock over a bowl of chips, after 3-4 minutes he decided to put the chips back in and they were sent to a table! It was awful and we are never going back again.

Worst experience I've ever had in a Nandos. Burger was stone cold and sloppy looking, cheese slice was dried out to cardboard. Plates smelled like a fish pond. Seating is ingrained with dirt, flies were buzzing around and waitress was lazily clearing tables at the rate of 1 mph. Never again.

As usual. Slightly different then UK my home town, this is our visit to Melbourne. Just having fun

Staff is nice but representing the food is negative
Never order them from uber eat as the restaurant will send you cold and row food

It's a popular joint but personally I find the chicken a lil dry. The chips are definitely the best!

Speedy service and food cooked well, but the tables could've done with a wipe down and a couple of bins to put rubbish in would be great!

This is a decent Nandos, I always find the wait times to be very long and when I do get my food, it is usually soggy or warm. Not like it has just been cooked. Overall an ok place.

Had a chicken burger and chips, it was nice but I have certainly had better food from Nandos in the past. I guess that's to be expected on a busy Thursday night.

My parents went to Nandos in Chadstone and ordered a burger each. But it took 45 mins for them to get the order. My father went twice to the counter and the person said yours is the next one but still served people who ordered after my parents. The quality of the food wasn't good. They said it lacked in the flavour and the presentation was as if the things were just thrown in the bun rather than organising it properly.

Worse Nandos Iv had. No cutlery. Had wait 15mins for someone come clean table from previous ppl after we ordered and asked for someone to clear it. No sauce bottle work. No cutlery or napkins. Food was over cooked.

Dirty place, all cups remain oil, lip marks and even chilli flakes! Apparently we are served with unwashed cutlery so disgusting! Also, “dry aged”chicken bones everywhere, they didn’t care the health conditions of us, shame

Cozy environment with a really good staff. Best place around Shepparton for a spicy chicken that you can choose from a variety of dishes. You can visit with family or alone. Serves beer, selected bottles of vine and some premixed alcohol drinks or softdrinks.

Unorganised. Unprofessional staff. Unclean tables left. No seating plan. Worst Nandos ive ever been to.

Best Nandos in Melbourne! Good always great and good atmosphere. Can be a little busy and long waiting times on the weekends at lunchtime, but that’s to be expected.

Who doesn't love nandos! This nandos has super crispy chips, service is amazing staff are happy and welcoming, although they get busy they clean tables often and you don't have to wait long for orders.meaning you can get on with satisfying your nandos cravings!

Pretty much the worst Nando’s in Melbourne. Slowest service around, no one cleans anything. Waited half an hour for my food, and ended up moving tables cause they hadn’t cleaned the table I was after 20 minutes. Pretty bad.

Not worth your time and money! Takeaway order included no cutlery, dry chicken and a rude service.waste of my money.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Asked a simple question only to have an employee’s hand shoved up to my face saying “two seconds” before walking off rudely. Not only that but as she collects the dirty dishes off our table she greets us with sassy replies to questions we asked politely. Never coming back here again and neither should you. Terrible service.
