Really good food. Amazing and fast contact free ordering of fast, it was easy to use. Worth my money

Ordered two meals both with seriously large peri peri chips, first of all they only gave one seriously large chips that too with cold petty and soggy warm chips when asked to replace the meal instead of saying sorry the staff gave an attitude and snatched the order chucked it in bin amd said they will replace it but we have to wait again
And finally when we do get our chips for our order that what we get seriously no peri peri chips

Very long wait to order, they should have more counters& more staff.
Burger was average with cold and not fresh bun. Chips were tasteless.
Very disappointed on wait time.
Won't be coming back here!

I have placed an order it’s was just one whole chicken it’s was almost over 45 mints I haven’t received the order. I went back after 45 mints and asked them about the order and they said they going to make it after I went back to them. That was very disappointing.

Yesterday at 4: 30 we waited in line to have some nandos inside the place. After waiting 15 mins we got our seats and the staff told us we have to order through the app! It was my 1st time I had to order through the app, I actually didn't like it, but then I was like it's ok, I learn something new today. So it took me a few minutes to download the app and to go through the app to order. I did order eventually. One of the other features of the app was to give free chips for new users, so I was like why not!? I click on it, the barcode came up and needed to be scan in the store, I showed the barcode to one of the staff, but she said unfortunately our scanner is not working! We got our order which was whole chicken. We didn't enjoy it and didn't taste as nice. Our chicken was pinkish and very soft. I think chicken should be white and not pink, this is what I learned before at Nandos. And I think chicken shouldn't be soft and I believe it was a bit off. There is a difference between cooked chicken and soft and pinky chicken. I have some suggestions, I think customers should be able to order at the counter, what if someone dont have enough data, or enough charge on their mobile. You might say Chadstone has free Vifi, our store has free wifi, believe me I tried both yestetday, didn't work!
What if someone wants to pay cash! What if a person doesn't know to use technology! What if someone doesn't have smartphone! So I strongly believe there should be an option for people to order at the counter. Plus ordering via app is time consuming, at least for people who is going to use it for the 1st time. Plus, customers already waited outside to get the table, they don't want to wait again and go through the app to order, ordering at the counter is much faster. I don't know perhaps you get money when people install the app! Or less staff is needed, after all if people wasting their time and order via app, there is no need for extra staff to take orders!

Apparently they have no salt packets here. Not sure why as every other Nando's does. Staff here aren't that intelligent. Dirty tables. Not a great Nando's. One of the worse I've been to.

DISGUSTING! The chicken was wayyyy too undercooked it was pinker that my blush! And the lettuce in my wrap was dark green and slimy and brown and wasn’t fresh even if they kept it in the fridge it would be fresh and the tomatoes were squishy and brown and this was the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced in my life! And they need to learn how to treat customers! When I came to the with the rotten, brown, undercooked for the worker asked me in a rude way if I was ok! Like of course I’m not I wasn’t even served proper edible food even an animal wouldn’t eat what they gave me!

Asked for salt on chips. Was told after i got my food that they dont have salt, only chicken salt. Not even any little packets of it. Not coming here again.

Most if not all of the tables without people were still dirty and didn't see staff cleaning anything. Register staff and waiters had no clue what they were doing. Food is ok. Price is high and wait is long. Best part is the atmosphere and seating both of which are nice, comfortable and welcoming.

Bit crowded place but good food.these guys are good in grilled chicken with different types of sausage.people who eat chicken must visit this place once atleast if ur in Melbourne. 4/5 expect ur order will be delayed.

Out of all the Nando's stores in Melbourne, I by far prefer the Chadstone one. Always fast service and delicious food. All chicken is halal. Nice area to sit during a long day shopping. Can be quite loud, busy, and sometimes a little messy during peak times, but usually well-maintained. Sometimes will run out of ingredients, but servers are generally helpful and friendly.

We order a whole chicken. Somehow that chicken had 4 legs and it was not cooked properly either. If u cant take huge crowd on weekends then close and stay home

As far as Nandos goes, the Chadstone store is by far the best, even if it's very busy, food does not take long to come out and the quality is always very high. I'm glad the haloumi wrap is here to stay.

Ek! I’m still in awe how Nandos still survives. I paid $18.95 for 8 bbq ribs and large fries.and $1 more for a drink.this was a combo. We had to clean our own tables. The cutlery that was meant to be clean still had oil and bits of food still stuck on them. I get it that this is almost a self serve place but no one was attentive to the basics - perhaps some sort of management need to be around? Won’t be back.

Please turn the music down. Ahhh. Then the server chic won’t have to yell at me to take my order. And maybe clean a few tables more often. Otherwise the food is perfect.

Great chicken and if you like real hot and spicy sauce then try the very, very hot peri peri sauce. TRULY HOT AND SPICY.

The chicken was undercooked and when I told them about it they said that was how the chicken was like.

Nando's at Chadstone had fast service, I ordered a hot chicken wrap in a meal suggested my staff. Just the right amount of sauce on the chicken and not oily at all!

Take away was not prepared properly, missing cutlery, used lemon and herb when I asked for hot/mild on everything, chips were plain even though I specifically asked for peri peri (twice because it's happened before) this isn't the first but the third time. Ridiculous.

I understand that it can get busy but I expected at the very least there'd be someone around to clear the tables, top up new napkins and cutlery. Date 20/6/2019, time 4.41pm.
