Must try the supremo burger, Peri Peri chicken tenders and Peri Peri chips.everything delish! Also their bottomless drink options are a super deal!

To the owner.

Having eaten in at your Nandos quite a few times I feel compelled too bring to your attention some urgent problems that need to be addressed.

Starting with the overall appearance of your restaurant and how it looks in relation to cleanliness. Definitely not appealing when tables aren’t clean and floor is dirty. Whilst I can understand this won’t occur all the time, what I can point out that would be reoccurring is how each staff member conducts themselves from front of house to the kitchen. Chefs/cooks eating whilst cooking/ play fighting and on mobile phones. Some sort of structure would definitely help maintain the overall good “look” for your business.

I myself own 3 subways in the southeast and will not tolerate staff not following the basic of procedures.

You have A great business and I’m sure if I’m looking at these things, there will also be others too.

Money coming in isn’t the only indicator that business is doing well. Customer satisfaction is what brings in repeat clientele.

Very poor service. When reported to the management they couldn't care at all. Definitely one star for me. I would not go there again.

My food looked like a dogs dinner, I had to send it back.didn’t come back any better. Sloppy cooks and not the greatest service.
The staff look lost and lifeless

The meal was nice and yummy. One think i really liked it after a person leaves the tabe they actually come and clean the table before you get to the table.
I would recommend Chris for the branch manager. He was calm and really helpful to the guests. How i know his name?
Because i asked his name.

I always dive in to this Nando's when I'm at Chadstone SC and always leave full, completely satisfied and happy!
CHRIS was brilliant tonight. I ordered a Lemon & Herb Classic Burger and, for the first time ever, it tasted like a Peri sauce. After mentioning this, Chris very politely explained that the L&H does contain a hint of Peri, however he replaced the burger immediately with another of no base sauce. I added my own from their selection and all was good to go!
Service here is always delivered with care and quality. The team are always polite and accommodating.
I'll be back! Many times!

We ordered whole chicken with large chips. The chicken was not fully cooked and a little smelly, couldn't eat, kids were just eating chips whereas they love nandos chicken but after a bite they didn'ttouch it. When I took the chicken to the counter and told them it's not properly cooked, the manager started to explain why the chicken is like this and that, I was like it's a waste of time to argue and left nandos without lunch.had to take away meal for lunch from other place. This nandos is a no for me, they didn't have the courtesy to atleast admit that the chicken was not cooked properly even after seeing it pinkish from inside. Also, on smell part she immediately denied that you are the first one saying like this.making me feel like a liar! Such a stressful day because of just one uncooperative person. I will never recommend this nandos branch to anyone.

Terrible service and experience. Bring back the local Nandos where the community know the staff and experience better service. Why are all the local stores closing?
No customer focus.

The staff are really nice however, I ordered food online, it never came. I called no answer. The 1 star is for the lack of care they give and from what I've seen in the store poorly understaffed.

Long Line because every second table is restricted while the food court has shared tables. Ridiculous and disappointing.

Nando's Chadstone has an incompetent manager on site. We waited 20 minutes just for the manager to come from behind the counter and say “everyone ordering takeaway can come in front and order now” and we had to wait 10 more minutes.

She shouldn’t be in charge. May 1st, 2021 and 2: 50PM

Person bringing us to table was probably the manager was very informative and helpful with how long till we get seated. Very good with cleaning and service. Especially considering how busy and difficult it has been. Thank you to the chadstone nando team. Stay safe

Nandos is normally very good, but our experience here was poor, messed up tables, order, and eveything, the app does not work, had to order in person, just not a happy experience, recommend go somewhere else

Great experience, the chicken was great, ordered strips and chips. The taste was great mild and the chips crisp. Ordering was easy and the staff member was attentive.

The food was good. But very crowded and have to wait in long queues. Hard to find tables, as many tables were unavailable to enable social distancing.

I'm just so over waiting for food to come out here. Yes, the staff are super nice but seriously I wanted a quick bite before my movie but the food didn't come out till 30mins later and I missed the start of it. This happened so many times now It's not fast food nor is it slow cooked food either.
