Prices are far to high. Sorry, no more Nando's*. This also applies to KFC, McDonald's, Red Rooster, and restaurants alike.

In my veggie pita bread found bits of soft Plastic wrapper, I am regular customer but this time when i ordered 2 veggie 1 chicken with toasted pita bread in a meal, chips were really soggy and cold and chicken pita bread was really cold as well and wasnt a pleasant service as well.

You know management is dysfunctional when all the tables are full but no food is being served. 30 minute waiting times, dirty forks and knives. How do you not have beer in stock at 1pm? Front of house staff are nice, while the managers hide in the back away from the angry customers.

Seriously, negative stars really.
Wait times are ridiculous. Waited an hour for our meal, after 20mims in line for a table. Chicken was cold. "Large" bowl of chips was only half filled - when asked about it, "it's just like that" waiter said and walked away. Salad was served after the chicken has been eaten.

Very disappointing experience.

To-day the 24th of September at 6: 30 pm while entry to this outlet in my turn I was seated by the Restaurant staff member. I placed order#W882 and awaited for the food. Suddenly the Manager started to misbehave with some other customers and turned towards me saying that who has seated you here. I informed the manager that I am awaiting service to my Order under#8 but the manager seemed not in senses.
Kindly take stock of this aspect.

Had to wait for more than 25 mins for the halloumi pita burger and small serve of fries. Taste was just average.not sure if I would visit again

The food was okay but the atmosphere and service was not good, the restaurant overall was not clean enough especially the cutlery and the glasses. Have been here before and this time the overall quality clearly had dropped significantly from the last time.

Been going there from almost 15 years always amazing food. Fast and quick despite being so busy.

It’s busy as always. This is my 9-10th visit but every time I haven’t satisfied with the service and taste. I am Nando lover. But they need to improve in both.

It seems Uber orders have priority over dining in.

The staff was inappropriate and disrespectful. Specially the girl with glasses at the entrance for dine in at 1: 50pm on 22/01/2023.

Really bad service, the female staff member at nandos chadstone today at 1: 50 pm 22/01/23 was disrespectful and inappropriate. We have to order two times first of them have left the ordering in between and have went foe another work and than the other female came to take the order.
No enough sauces we haven’t got plates and enough cutlery
Not recommended at all.

My son and I were in your outlet, sat at a table where it was barakated, one side had rope the other had a plant in the way, the staff thought I wanted to use the QR code, when we made it perfectly clear that we don't want to use it. There was absolutely no walking space, parents with prams were blocking the walkway which is absolutely appalling, should ask parents with prams to place them outside the outlet and take personal belongings with them.

Wonderful restaurant. Remi was wonderful today. Thank you for checking in with you and giving some extra peri peri salt.

Customer service is amazing!
I was confused with the App and Dee help me out, I was took back how lovely she was as it's so rare to get such excellent service in 2022.

Nandos chadstone / sit in - ridiculous when you need to order on your phone and give your email / mobile number to order some fast food chicken. Then when order arrives you have to get your own cutlery despite the staff bringing your order to your table. Avoid at all costs.

Now I remember why haven't been back to this restaurant ages. Queue outside to be seated - because no one empty and clean the table. Moved to the other side to get take away instead, no one at the counter. Then someone suddenly came out and yelled, we are understaffed.lol, I didn't hear any customer complain tho, why she is so aggressive? Finally got my order, open the bag, they gave me spoon and knife for salad and ribs hahahaha.challenge accepted.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible Restaurant.

Nando’s used to be the best place to eat food at.

Went to this restaurant and the girl at the register was too busy talking to the other staff about their weekend to take the order.

Walked away, I will be cancelling everything to do with nando’s. No longer interested in these places. No wonder Nando’s Restaurants are closing down.

From now on I will go to a homeless shelter to get food before nando’s ever again.

Rude attitude, special mention to the Chinese girl with glasses who think she owns the place. Talking down to customers, you should work at Karen's Diner not Nandos. People should not tolerate this behaviour. Management needs to take action.
