Just rude manager and rude staff at Doncaster
They really don’t know what they doing in terms of service.will never come again and don’t come for bad experience here plz. Pay your money to some one who knows what they doing and can give good service as well. 0/0 scorer

Worst Nando's in Melbourne (not the first time going here but will be the last) the chicken lacked sauce it was cold and dry with burnt bits through out it and I mean severely burnt most bland Nandos chicken I've had in my life and the chips were even worse soggy with barely any Perri Perri salt what a joke not to mention the incompetent staff behind the counter who have no care in the world when preparing your food. What do the managers even do there?
Do not waste your money here just go to Coles and buy a roast chicken instead.

NO MANNER, NO RESPECT NO INTEGRITY, NO HUMANITY.
Very rude and unprofessional. We are having Nando's once week for last years but this branch with their unprofessional manner, rude behavior and their stingy service damaged the name of Nando's in total.
They haven't given us the tissue, and when we get back and asked them the napkins ot tissues said you had to ask for it.and gave us two napkins when we had 4 meals.

Also they didn't let us take even one bottle of the Nando's sauces to our table for dine-in there
furthermore, at the time they have runned out of their mineral water and we asked a jag of water for kids, they have refused, said: we don't have a jug of water, when I insist that our kids are so young and can not stand the instead they given us two small plastic cups and asked us to fill it up from the nearby restroom.shame on them. I have asked to kindly fill up the cups but they refused and Said: "SORRY, WE ARE SO BUSY" but they didn't seems busy when they collecting the payment!
I have asked the waitresses in very polite way that I need to talk to the manager/owner, and She came to our table and I brought up the matters to her, she said to us with broken English: "THEY DID WHAT WE HAVE ASKED THEM TO DO THIS IS OUR POLICY.and That was the time that all of us have been shocked, she didn't even apologize. I can not imagine that they have ever watched at the civilized society to learn a bit from them
Probably owner came from middle of nowhere with a bag of money and want to double it up, in no time.
We have left the food on the table and walked away when our kidds were crying because they have scared of load and rude conversation of the owner manager with us.
I hope, if Nando's head quarter is so rush to sale their new franchise branches with a proper training, then at least they make sure, the new buyer has somethings look like a normal human personality manners owner.

It has happened about 6 months ago but still I can not forget the dark and nasty picture of that extreme experience for ever

Worst Nandos in Melbourne followed with the worst customer service, my burger bun was cracked and stale and my chicken was raw and pink inside when I approached the manager she said sorry that’s how our chicken and burger buns are then argued black and blue with me, I hope this review will help people get value for money not what happen to me.

Food is good (as it is at all Nandos) but not cheap. Westfield rent plus franchise fee equals big cost to consumers.
