Nando's

Absolutely horrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered Mild sauce on my chicken to take out, when I got home it didn't even have any sauce on it, just oil. Never again will order from Doncaster Nandos agian. What a disgrace.

They do not have metal utensil, instead you have to struggle using pastic takeaway fork and knife.

The girl that took my order looked like she was day dreaming the whole time. When asked if they had metal cutlery I was told to use the plastic takeaway knife and fork. It was only after much struggle to finish my meal (chicken+corn), I found out they had metal utensils all along but was just hidden behind the service desk.
The chicken was okay but the corn tasted a lot soggier than I remembered from other stores, almost like the frozen corn you find from the supermarket.
Could use with another sauce station as there was a line during peak lunch hour.

Nando's is always good. Chicken tastes great, is never dry and always succulent. Flavours are very good too. Chips aren't the best you can get but they're still very tasty. Possibly only other negative is the high price

Got perri-perri chips takeaway but they only put the salt on the top of the bag, so only about 5 chips were salted and the rest were plain

Do yourself a favour and don't buy anything from this store.the customer service here really sucks, the staff don't smile and you're left feeling unwelcome. Chicken came over cooked and the chips are simply terrible (clearly pre cooked and left out.)

Ordered a chicken burger. The bun fell apart on the first bite. Whe asked staff is the buns were fresh, they stated it was. It feels as if the buns are frozen then defrosted as it was cold and looked a few days old, tasted a few days old too.

Very rude service. Cashier didnt know how to serve a food for a customer for take away. Taking a burger without a bag

For the share platter for two, $30 is quite pricey. The quarter portion of chicken is very small. However, it was extremely tender and flavourful. The same cannot be said about the two smaller bits of chicken including the tender, which was quite hard and dry. Service was quite good on the other hand. Overall, I would consider buying something else from Nando's.

Ordered a Halloumi. The bread was stale and hard as rock. The Halloumi cheese was burnt. Asked them to replace it. Waited 5 minutes got the exact same plate only microwaved! Terrible experience. I would avoid them!

Fresh and Juicy chicken. No matter what you order you get the same freshness in every piece of chicken.
Staff was friendly and professional.
It is conveniently located in the main food court of Westfield Doncaster.
I recommend it.

Good chicken, deliciously tender and full of flavour. Might be a tiny bit expensive but it's still pretty good

Came here and got the original burger with mild sauce. Burger was great and well prepared as well as the customer service being alright here.

While you may think Nando's is a franchise and that all stores are the same, well you are wrong. This particular Nando's i don't know what happened but all of a sudden started to make the best darnit chicken i have had since they openeed many years ago. Perfectly broiled and grilled, small, tender chooks. I have mine extra hot which for some reason is tastier than buying lemon herb and drizzling extra hot sauce on it. Nando's Shoppo is probably the best and tastiest food option in the food court.

Totally disappointed i order whole chicken with extra sauce but chicken was not properly cooked and they disappeared even mix with sauce properly and no extra sauce

The taste of salad or side low, the staffs, did not explain well if you asked questions, looked to me like I am stupid, the taste of chicken yummy.
