Nice & clean + kind staff, a bit of waiting time is understandable with COVID complications

Hands down, worst Nandos experience I've ever had. Long wait (understandable), but the Chicken was cold (inexcusable) in 2 pitas we ordered. Chips were soggy. Absolute rubbish.

This place has just recently reopened and the new renovated Nandos looks much better than the old design.

Takes too much time, there are a lot of customers are coming after me and the girls were serving them first. I am the delivery driver and I was waiting 40 mins long for my order. And she then told me it took 5 more mins. No chronological order system. I would like to give below then 0 stars to them. If option is available.

The employees here are extremely rude and impolite. Food bland as hell too. Go to another restaurant.

Ordered 1 whole chicken takeaway and found at home chicken got cut into 4 pieces but all without wings!

Absolutely beautiful food! After ordering it took around 10 minutes for the order to be completed, which is a reasonable time. Really friendly staff as well. Burgers were beautiful and the chips had plenty of their 'spicy' seasoning on it, so just beware if you aren't one for hot food. The shop itself is really appealing to look at and has very aesthetically pleasing style. The menu has so much to offer and I'm sure there is something for everything! Overall it was a great experience and will be defiantly coming again!

Food is delicious as you would expect from Nando’s but for some reason I find the serves a bit smaller than some other Nando’s.

Staff and food in Nando's Doncaster Westfield are the best, especially staff, they are kind and compassionate, me and my daughter had wonderful birthdays there. Wish a successful business to the owner and the staff. Thank you SO much!

Worst customer service ever I have experienced, the girl at the front has no clue about politeness. I have ordered full chicken to dine in but end up getting in the packet without prior information that they were not doing dine-in anymore. Went to ask the lady and she replied with her rudest way possible. Treat your customer nicely

I recieved the wrong order which was upsetting enough but when i spoke to staff a memeber they handled it very poorly, the order being messed up was annoying but fine, but the way it was managed was awful. Work on your customer service Nandoes team!

Worst take away experience I've ever had, the coleslaw tasted terrible, complementary sauce on request and there is no drink straw. Paying the same price as a full size Nandos restaurant, I've would have expected similar experience.

Always disappointed ordering at this Nandos.from wrong orders, to items left out of my meals you name it. The main thing is the chicken here is cooked to the point of no return! When it hits your plate it almost bounces of because it is essentially now a piece of indigestible rubber with any flavour it once had now burnt off from all existence. I understand it gets busy but please ensure that paying customers leave with a meal that is up to standard.

Poor service.took 20 mins to make smashed avocado& fetta with veggie pattie.after got my order the pattie was burn.so awful.
Thanks for the complimentary drink which they give it to me after waiting for so long.

I ordered via online 1 whole chicken (1/2 lemon and 1/2 xtra hot and Bbq mix but I got whole chicken was lemon.it’s ok may be they didn’t read my special instruction.but I claimed a my free side. It was sweet potato chips actually it’s for my two years old son.chips was 70% burned so my son didn’t eat I was eating what ever the good pieces.
I should never claim free offers coz most at the time you been served with left over.

I came here for my sons birthday and he asked for a spicy nando.the lovely girl at the front counter named jenny was so catering and had really great customer service.really nice food yummy

I ordered with Uber and this is not the first time they always miss my orders. Half of my orders missing. They later on blame the Uber drivers which ain't true. Not really happy with their service. If you want food better go get it yourself

Food was not fresh and we asked for spicy but there is no sauce at all in the burger. It was worse nandos I ever had.

Just got some nandos from here and the garlic bread was burnt and inedible. Disappointed how they would serve food like that.
