Shocking service. Ordered at 11: 15AM. Still no food at 11: 45AM. 6 Staff are working. 2 Staff are making and eating lunch. I can see my meal sitting there ready but no more is handing food out.

Absolutely disappointed at how rude and unprofessional the staffs are! I received a text message saying my food is ready for pick up and the girl rudely keeps saying “it’s not ready it’s not ready! ” multiple types… So unprofessional and horrible attitude towards customers.

Worst food handling I’ve ever experienced. I will never go back to this store. Today I went into Nando’s Doncaster to grab some early lunch, the store was relatively quite as it was still early. I always watch the staff who make my food. The staff member who was making my food (pita) was wearing AirPods whilst working which I found strange. The staff member was holding my pita in one hand and proceeded to take out his AirPods to listen and speak to another staff then proceeded to put the AirPods back in his ear and continue making my food. I was appalled and too shocked to make a complaint. I will be throwing away the food and never coming back due to poor food handling. I didn’t trust the store to make me another meal as who knows what they’ll do next. Please always watch people who are making your food otherwise you’ll be eating peoples ear wax: (very disappointed and will not be returning to this store.

Cheat staff, would ignore even go before their closing hours - wouldn’t attend you until they close they say -SORRY/ we wouldn’t accept your order!

My experience was quite disappointing. I had ordered two servings of the Cheesy Garlic Mini Pita dish. I received the order after 10-15 minutes, and to my dismay, the food was far from being hot. The pitas were rather cold, and what's more, the arrangement of the ingredients was not as it should have been. Ideally, there should have been a clear arrangement with the top bread, cheese in between, and the lower bread, but unfortunately, this wasn't the case. Everything was haphazardly positioned, which further added to my disappointment.

The burgers are well made but extra hot was not really spicy at all.

The actual chicken in the burger has shrunk considerably!

Friendly staff, efficient service.

Its a food court meal.so understand that from that baseline its above average.

They close at 7.45 even map says 8pm. I went there around 7.47 and they said they are closed.

Food is awesome. Worst customer service. They only have 4 sauce bottles for the whole restaurant customers, while we were dining in they came to ask for the bottles of sauces while we were using. Not worth it. Also they don't give glasses and water. And make it difficult to get take away boxes very rude.not a family restaurant.

Ordered just a large chips by itself with extra peri salt. It took 14 minutes just to make that order and the photo shows the amount of seasoning they put. Not the first time this has happened at this nandos.

Great food, but service could be done better. The cashier is very friendly and understanding, unfortunately, the same can't be said for the other staff members. Overall, the food is great, comparable with other branches and there is still room for improvement for the management.

Incredible chicken with a bit of a kick! Loving the chips and peri peri seasoning. Can never go wrong with a hot half chicken!

The worst Nandos I have ever been to so unprofessional and rude!
Complaining about my order rolling their eyes that it was to hard to make and I am pregnant,
especially the guy manager was absolutely so rude and made me feel very upset and frustrated and lost my appetite because of this!

The usual bowl of Superfuel Salad was not prepared with all the ingredients as per the menu on both occasions. All we found in our order was green salads, 3 cherry tomatoes, feta cheese & quinoa with chicken tenders! Other stores provided with all the ingredients as stipulated on the menu. Please improve your quality control as the bowl of salad with tenders was not cheap!

Not all staff but a very impolite guy who was pretending to not see me and whatever I asked, he said we don't have, even straw!

My favourite place, Halal place which is very convenient for Muslim brothers and sisters. Peri peri sauce is my favourite. I recommend it

Not enough basting on the chicken I ordered. And the meat itself tasted.very chewy. Go down the road to Devon Plaza - they almost drown the meat in basting sauce and the chips are cooked better

Lack of customer service. Manager/supervisor more interested in their own conversations than serving. I could see my food on the counter ready. Guy at the counter was waiting for a customer to confirm their order, who was still deciding, on what to get for her friend, on the phone. Yet he did not hand me my food. Guy working the grill, could see I was waiting and moved my plate to make some noise that someone’s food was ready. Staff came back from their lunch break, he greeted them, yet I was still waiting for my order. Had a chat to one of them, for a few minutes. He then turned back around to the customer and proceeded to take this persons order, while I was still waiting. Then one of the girls who clearly couldn’t be bothered, handed me my food.

Lovely staff, taste ok.
One small tip, if can AVOID put chips in a closed box, by the time I got home, all chips soggy.
