Slow slow slow service. I have been here twice for take away and have had to wait at least 15 minutes both times.

I must say the environment is nice and welcoming.it is a place to go with family and friends.food was too good.loved it! May be the food is halal.overall will recommend this place to everyone.loved their Paella a lot.but paella’s quantity was small served. I had to order more afterwards

Ordered a 1/4 chicken combo, was told it would be a 20min wait after purchasing, this never happens at other Nandos locations.
Never coming back.

Went there in the afternoon and got a burger meal. It's a little buzy at the time and there was only 1 staff working. Service is good except for having to wait a little at the rush hour. Burger has chicken that is the same size as the bun. While waiting, I overheard a customer mumbled that he was served burnt chicken ribs last week. The manager was apologetic & proceeds to offer the other customer couple of extra chicken ribs. Will recommend this Nandos over others around the area!

Sitting waiting for my order in a smoke filled restaurant because they are burning the chicken after they microwave it and double cool the chips. What a waste of money, better off goin to your local chicken shop and paying half for better quality.

Went here on Saturday during my work break. Ordered chips with extra normal salt. I told the lady I would come back for them and she asked how long I'd be so she could hold them off so they were not cold when I returned. Excellent service. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she was lovely and when I came back she saw me coming and got my chips ready. Fantastic!

Chicken overly charred, instead of apologising staff said "that's how we serve chicken". Very disappointing, didnt process a refund as the register had closed but told us we could get a free meal next time. Though not sure ever want to go there again: P

Staff wouldn't allow choice of chicken pieces. Overpriced. Bad service. Very unhappy. Manager not helpful and didn't care AND THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY CHICKEN

This is our top pick for eating out, the chicken is usually most, not overcooked. The chips are fresh. The service is good.

Best place in town for hot and spicy adventure. Friendly and quick staff makes it enjoyable. Plenty of parking. Good location out of busy Ringwood town centre. Clean environment. Portuguese paella extra hot with peri peri chips is my hot favorite. I always scan my membership barcode on nandos app on phone for points.

Very poor service.
At the beginning we were we had to wait 15 mins for the whole chicken, ended up waiting more than half an hour. Brought us the food but the forks and knives were dirty and when asked for clean ones they didn't have them. Had to wait another 10 mins for clean cutlery!

ABSOLUTELY disgusting service, from both employees and manager. We booked a table for 8 people in which we were told it was reserved. The manager spoke very poorly and down to us because he put customers in our booked tables. So much for customer is always right. I’m absolutely appalled. Then being kicked out of our tables, off to grilld we go! Thanks for ruining a birthday Nandos Eastland

Been here twice.service was awful I ordered 4 grill tenderloins with no basin for my son cause he has allergic to spice after 20 minutes she gave me spicy and overcoock food.

I am like it because i went with my friend there on saturday night, very delicious food in nandos i love nandos very too mcuh

The food was as good as other Nandos but the service was surprisingly uninspiring. Maybe they were having a bad day.

It wasn't bad at all! Staff took a little while to understand the order but other than that perfectly well cooked meal!

Okay service with second wait time. The biggest problem is the tomato sauce bottle it tests you strength and patience.

One of the better Nandos in the area but have seem to have a bit of turnover of staff so service & quality has been a little inconsistent. Otherwise friendly staff

I used to like coming here until they got rid of the only vegan burger on the menu! Bring back the Mushroom Hummusphere burger!

Had dinner at Nandos Ringwood last night. Tried Paela, burger and quarter chicken. Taste was awesome and very friendly staff. Loved it!
