30+ mins for a single meal, delivering food to the wrong tables. Staff need to be trained, processes simplified & focus on customer service.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Discriminatory. Was told to order via QR code at the counter whereas other customers were able to order at the counter as well. This then lead to a situation where another customer ordered their food to our table (we were unaware table was occupied when we sat as the other person was ordering at the counter)

Swapped tables and had to tell the staff at the counter who was busy taking orders (why were we singled out and directed to use the QR I wonder). Staff then had trouble finding our order (it seems that orders through QR take longer to prepare compared to ordering in person)

Looking at other reviews it seems like customer service has been trash for a while.will not be coming back

Staff were very disengaged, chicken was dry, bacon was way over cooked and the pita was inedible. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Restaurant was dirty too

While the chicken and chips were delicious, the environment really needs work - starting with a good clean. The tables and chairs, and even the floor, were sticky and grimy. Disappointing.

I am a regular at Nandos Eastland for the last 4 years and for sometime now it’s become really bad in terms of service. I have noticed that the floor manager is incapable to handle a large traffic to the restaurant. He seems to be micro managing and still not doing a good job. The meals are always missing items and we need to remind them by walking up to the counter. Particularly referring to orders 150 (Sunday, 25/06/2023, at 02: 29PM) and 153 (Sunday, 25/06/2023, at 02: 35PM). I also noticed another customer complain about being served cold food and an argument went on for about 20 minutes. Customers come for the brand but the franchisee can ruin it for the customers if these issues are not addressed.

I went to Nando’s Eastland on 25 June 2023 at 2.40pm and served by staff name Ricky. Firstly at the time of order he was very rude and I told him mate you are too rude please be polite and he said you are shouting on me and I reply that I am not, it’s my sore throat that I am having trouble in speaking.
Then I am start waiting for my order. After 20 min I ask them still I didn’t receive the order and other staff said wait on the table and your order is prepared and is going to be serve. But staff serve my order to another table and I ask them that this is my order and they said wrongly staff member served to another table and we will another order for you just wait for 3 to 5 minutes.
I receive my order but patty inside the pita is too cold and I went to counter again that patty is too cold and they said we will reheat it. They remove the patty from pita and put it on hot plate and I requested again that it’s already more than 5 min and you are reheating the same patty and chips are getting cold. What should I have to do and staff member Ricky again come and start rudely talking again just tie your chips and start eating it’s fresh we are not replacing it. I said mate I didn’t receive the pita how I can eat only chips but he was so rude behaviour.
Then I went to table sit there and wait for my meal to come. When it comes the patty was totally broken and I ask them again mate this is not in good manner, I can’t eat the food like this. And Ricky replied I am not going to refund you have your meal on table and I said I am not going to eat the meal in this manner please give me a copy of receipt and he threat me eat it or I go otherwise I am calling security.
I said I just want copy of receipt and I don’t want any refund or this meal. Then after 5 min he give the copy and I came back.

This type of behaviour is not tolerable and I need proper investigation on this.
I feel so embraced in front of everyone that staff member is talking so rudely. It feels like discriminated and racist from staff member Ricky. For the records I have copy of receipt and order was scan to my Nandos membership as well.
In the attachments you will see the food served to me after reheat the same patty and in what manner it is served and I leave the food as it is.

Takeaway orders are never check properly - we probably should stop ordering because every single time they miss something from your order.

Slow service, had to repeat order many times to the person at the register, waited over 30 mins for 12 wings. Garlic bread dry. Too expensive for what you get.

The staff here are friendly and accommodating. It's located within the shopping mall so seating can be tough during peak meal times. The food is always great and maintains traditional nandos flavours and tastes. Great place to grab a meal before the movies or in between shopping.

It says it is open until 10pm. I just got here at 7: 30pm and it is closed. A 30 minute drive wasted. Very poor from the online services team. Very unhappy.

They became cashless, off I go; won’t give business to someone who doesn’t have balls to stand against this digital control.

It’s like I’m not speaking English when I order. Server didn’t understand anything, messed up my whole order, including issues with allergies. Didn’t clear or clean the table I was sitting on prior either so ate surrounded by dirty food scraps.

Unfortunately the place was very filthy, piles of plates with used serviettes, bones, chips were all over the floor and tables. Outside area was even worse, we love Nando's and used to grab take aways frequently, not sure if we will again after yesterday's experience. We walked out before ordering, it was unpleasant to stay let alone have a meal surrounded by extremely dirty environment. We waited for 15 min hoping someone will clean the tables around, unfortunately none did, 15 min later we walked out and went to another place where service was great, tables were clean and staff welcoming.

They stop serving and dining in when still 1 hour and half hour before they close, they even stop taking away, don’t know who is the manager can manage their staff stop doing business, service is very slow, nandos need to change their manager or this Eastland store owner

I eat a lot of nandos and am rarely dissatisfied with it but this had to be hands down one of the worst experiences. Food took ages even in an empty restaurant. Roughly 30 mins wait. When it came out the chicken was dry and hard. Even though we ordered wings which have always been juicy and tender at other stores. Chicken was cold in the middle like it had not sat on the grill for more than a few secs. And chips were cold on my meal and hot on my partners. Over all a big let down and would not return.

Great location, welcoming ambience, fantastic service and delicious food.
Nandos Eastland is definitely a great place to get a bite of deliciously tasting food, offering indoor and outdoor seating amenities.
The service provided by a very young male attendant at time of visit, being right around 7pm (08/12/22), was beyond excellent and friendly (Nandos should consider themselves very lucky to have that team member on site).
Definitely a place to come back to.

Every time the service is very slow. On Sundays, they never pick up guests before the end of the day. The service is very bad food always be minimum 30mins waiting.

Been having Nandos for 10+ years. Had one of the best serves of chicken in my Nando life and will def be coming more often.

For the manager, not 100% sure but believe the cook was the blue haired lady.

They have an outdoor seating area which is perfect to relax after the busyness of Eastland too.

No marks for telling how delicious the food is at Nando’s.but I love eating at the Nando’s at Eastland Shopping Centre.why? You get to seat in the balcony to avoid having the indoors restaurant kinda feeling (see photo).

The quality and taste of the sweet potato fries definitely deserves a special mention (see photo).

Staff is excellent, lovely…

There’s a play area just next to it so you don’t have to worry about keeping your kids busy until you’re waiting for the food.
