I have been to Nando’s in Eastland many times and most of the time the staff got something wrong…it’s either missing items in the bag, which I ordered and paid for, cold food, burnt food. I had to bring food home and go back because my sides were missing. This time it was severely burnt food. How can a business think it’s ok to serve their customer severely burnt food such as the corns in the picture? I have read others comments posted here and I wonder WHY is the management not taking any action regarding their staff training? Are they really that careless about customer service?
I come to nandous ever week and enjoy my meals very much. It's the highlight of my week. Every morning I wake up and think "why aren't I dead yet? " Then I remember, Friday nights=Nandou nights.
The food took over 1hr to get to the table we got no forks or plates the food was cold when it arrived
Best burger restaurant, love this place. Go there every week. Always happy with the service and great food
Was there at 1: 45, they said that they are closed, they are rejecting customers because their boss and manager were not there
The worst experiences for ordering food I’ve ever had are with this place. Constantly changing and cancelled orders after the time they have been due to be delivered.
The staff here are the sweetest. I was served by. I think her name was Monic, she is so kind and gave me the best service. Will definitely come back here especially because of their service. Thank you:)
Overly priced, poorly made burgers and cheap quality chips. Waiting for meal is pretty much like watching a test match.
I asked them not to burn the chicken, still did, not as much to other customers though. The grill had flames visibly in excess, other customer's chicken had their food really burnt. They should lower the fire in the grill and cook the food properly, not rushed and damage the Nando's name and customer's experience
Ordered 1/4 chicken in a meal for dinner on Friday. Got the Buy One Get One promotion. Total 14.70 AUD. This Eastland branch is open for takeaway & delivery only, no dine in.
Got 2 x 1/4 chicken (1 of them is breast, 1 of them is maryland) + 2 Peri-Peri chips + 2 bottled water. The chicken was perfectly cooked, breast was thoroughly cooked but still juicy. Good chargrill taste all around the chicken. The basting sauce was very flavorful.
I requested extra Peri-Peri on the chips, but I still felt it still was not enough. Half of the chips were soggy. Wish I could dine in!
Probably the best take away Nando’s I’ve ever had. Chips were fresh and the chicken was absolutely perfect!
Orderd Chicken +two sides deal for takeaway. Was offered a free regular chips as member. But didn't receive the chips.
Don't you guys check the order before handing over to the customer?
By far the worst nandos I’ve been to. Waited 25 minutes for a take away, food was cold and disgusting
-2 stars because everytime I go there, they either don’t have chicken left or any sweet potato fries or they’ve run out of something maybe just bad luck for me, the food is really nice though
Absolutely despicable!
My pregnant partner ordered food and was denied a seat as she was by herself due to their new rule of minimum two people.
Instead she was forced to stand outside to eat her food while feeling dizzy and nauseous from pregnancy.
The 'restaurant' had barely anyone in there too so it's not like it was due to social distancing. Absolutely disgusted by nandos and incredibly outraged!
I hope the employee and manager on duty is fired!
I am a regular customer at Nando’s hence, I earn a lot of points on my membership card. I earned 1200 points in total till mid April. In my last visit at Nando’s Ringwood on Saturday (12/06/2021) evening I ordered my food and wanted to use my points however, the lady on the counter said I didn’t have enough points to use. I would consider this as a mistake if I didn’t check twice with her. She lied to me in both instances. I asked her how much points did I require to pay for my food she replied “I don’t know”. Then I paid for the food, came back to my seat and was checking my previous order and I found I had more than enough points to pay for the food. Then, my wife went back to the manager and asked for explanation. The manager then apologised and refunded the whole amount. The staff should know that we get points by spending money neither Nando’s management nor Nando’s is doing any favour by giving away points. We earn points by visiting and having food at Nando’s. This time the food was not up to the mark as well. The peri peri chicken was overcooked and chicken tender was dry. When we asked for tomato ketchup the staff literally threw that on the table and there was no ketchup in that. Overall, a bad experience to be honest.
I ordered garlic bread with my peri peri chicken and chips but I got a sponge like oily burnt bread instead. Not edible at all. Very disappointing especially in lockdown when you just want to enjoy a take away meal.
Ordered 1/2 chicken and 8 chicken ribs through Deliveroo. Order been delayed 4 times for no reason. Not pick up phone calls. 1 hour later whole family with toddlers still waiting for delivery on a 8 degree Tuesday night. Absolutely horrible experience.
This was my first time in Nandos at eastland, and a worker named Adrian took my order and was so nice, made sure the food was cooked halal and made sure we liked the food.
