Just order takeaway, never dine in.

We had a party of 9. Besides 3 plates and 2 glasses. Everything else we had was filthy. It seemed like the cutlery, dishes and glasses were rinsed with some water and they called it a day on cleaning.
The food was good and timely. Everything was well seasoned and cooked. Our chicken was not dry, and the chips were nice.but still I couldn't get over the fact that I couldn't REALLY enjoy it since I knew everything around me was dirty.
Seems to be a trend with a lot of Nando's to have unclean utensils and such, but this one was just particularly bad.

Purchased a wrap with extra avocado today, been charged extra for the avocados and it tasted hard rock, unripened. How could the chef prepared and served like this. Avocado ended in the bin

I have had my fair share of nandos in different places but this place is the best.chicken was cooked perfectly and even the rice was spot on.will definitely return:)

Tonight I bought a meal at Nando’s eastland. One spicy rice inside have two very long hair on my mouth, I feel disgusting for a moment. I haven’t finished my meal yet, I just throw it away because I can’t eat it.hope you guys get attention.

Jolly the best manager by far i have seen at any nandos excellent service from her. 100% recommend

Through Menulog. Did not give me what I ordered including my 1/2 chicken. Very disappointed as I love Nando's and did not get everything

The customer service is quite good and friendly. I usually get take away as the last time I dined in (maybe 6 months ago) the dishes could probably do with a good wash. Otherwise I would have given a 5 rating.

No offence! If they have skilled staff- chicken gets cooked perfectly. Best in Melbourne compared to other Nandos by far. However, if they try to cook chicken with black stains (this is when staff thinks it’s cooked) it ruins Nandos brand. Read this post you will be always the best cooked Nandos store if you follow my advise. Love being here

Bloody pathetic. Don't have the manners to talk with customers. Rude and absolutely discusting.

Nandos is always good, only thing is the portion sizes aren't the biggest, but food quality is always great

Love this restaurant but please, cleanse your water bottles I've never received a bottle of water without floating things in it.

Since Nando's at Eastland has moved from the food court to its new location, I think it has greatly improved. The new menu is diverse and there is plenty of (soft!) seating, with a nice atmosphere. The meal I had was fresh quick and satisfying. The chips were wonderfully crispy and hot, exactly how you'd want them.

Food is good but heck they take ages. You can watch them meandering around at about 10% productivity while you wait.

Food was ok but the Toilets were extremely dirty. Even No plates or water on the cutlery counter.
Poor management

Attendant/cashier in a rush to take order. Interrupts while ordering to give ammount.no 1 there to be in a rush.
Place filled with smoke.brought the family. Great experience

Good customer service. Chicken in the classic burger was nice, chips were hot and fresh. But why did Nandos make the ludicrous decision to stop toasting their Classic Burger buns? It just makes the whole burger taste very, very stale.

Nice food, but a bit disappointing to finish work next door at 9.30p and not even be able to get take out? Still cooking for uber eats. Maybe close the front up them.

Ordered classic burger meal with extra chicken piece + cheese and no tomato.didn't get the extra chicken piece or cheese and they somehow managed to put 3 slices of tomato.worst nandos experience ever. On top of that waited for over 30 minutes and i got charged $4.50 for the extra chicken and $1.50 for cheese and didn't get either. Robbed. Won't be ordering from here anymore and highly would NOT recommend it.

Fresh and well cooked as per order. Only thing i realised is the Payla was less in quantity. I normally try nandos all around the melbourne and this was my first visit here. My payla was less than what i actually get on different stores. Anyways it was fresh. Veggies were fresh too.

Not busy normally. Staff is friendly. Recommended.

Ordered full chicken with with large chips, and the chips was not even the small portion.chicken was completely dry.
I’am a long time member and get offers to redeem, but here they don’t give you options.it’s simply not available. Any free item to get with the purchase.

Also i cannot buy online with my points. Whats the use of loyalty card then?
