Mount Macedon Winery

One of the premiere wedding venues in the Macedon Ranges. They have many options for ceremony location and even reception options, you are able to bring in your own catering (including food trucks) and they boast stunning views over the Cobaw ranges. The staff here are extremely friendly and professional. If you are looking for a gorgeous wedding venue then you should definitely consider Mount Macedon Winery.

Enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at the winery, Alyson in particular was amazing with out large group and made sure everything ran smoothly. The pizzas were delicious, and we enjoyed quite a few bottles of vino!

Have attended a couple of weddings here now. Both times the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Stunning location. Don't forget to say hi to resident hound Gus.

Loved our time there! Found the staff really genuine and had a real passion for their winery.
They have a really sweet farm dog that is well trained and just adds that little bit extra to a well organized family winery.

I can't recommend this venue for weddings enough. All the staff are so lovely. A special thank you to Chloe and Elisha for making our wedding so special. Nothing was too much for them. If you are looking a place to wed, look no further. Plus Gus the dog is the best.

We held our wedding at Mount Macedon Winery and couldn't recommend the venue more highly for your big day. Elisha and her team were fantastic and helped us create the day we wanted.

We also spent a few lovely afternoons enjoying their wines and nibbles. It's such a beautiful location to enjoy the vineyard and views.

Our wedding at Mount Macedon Winery was amazing! The guys went above and beyond to cater to our every need in the lead up and on the day. Nothing was too hard or too crazy and the property is just amazing!

We had our wedding here in November 2017. It was absolutely amazing, and the venue itself was one of the highlights of our day. Nothing was too much trouble, and on the day Elisha was running around making sure everything was perfect - it was so great not having to stress about anything. We cannot wait to come back for a lunch and some wine!

We had our wedding at MMW in February this year. Elisha and the team were so flexible, made every aspect of the day a breeze and we couldn't have been happier with the end result. It's a beautiful venue ran by beautiful people and we highly recommend!

Our daughter had her wedding at MMW and we were delighted with every aspect - beautiful setting, friendly and accommodating staff and excellent food. Absolutley first rate in every department.

Having our wedding at Mt Macedon Winery was one of the best decisions we have ever made! We fell in love with the place from the moment we arrived, and didn't even bother looking at any other venue options. The winery is situated off a dirt road in the gorgeous Mt Macedon forest- the countryside is stunning and the winery itself is beautiful and rustic. The staff are incredibly professional, dedicated and caring. Chloe and Elisha went well out of their way to help us in any way they could and were amazingly supportive throughout the whole organisational process. We are so grateful for all their hard work and can't recommend MMW enough.

Enjoyed a yummy shared platter and pizza today. The staff were very friendly. A couple more items on the menu for more choice eg salads, fish and meat dish.
Otherwise worth the drive to this beautiful area.

Great little hidden gem not too far from Melbourne. The staff were so friendly & helpful and the food was fantastic. Definitely worth the drive!

As a traveler my self, the previous reviewer it would seem fool hardy to head off for 2 hours (4 hours round trip, if that is the truth) without making a 30 second phone call to make sure there is no private functions or weddings on. If it was that important perhaps a booking would be smarter, by not making a 30 second phone call you are taking the risk you may or may not get in which is what happened.
The Mt Macedon winery atmosphere and wines are Devine and so are the meals. Highly recommended - and I also recommend phoning first to avoid disappointment.

So after driving for 2 hours as your website said you were open. My husband and I now have to find somewhere else to eat and spend 2 hours driving home for nothing. Maybe update your website if you're not planning to open.
Three other cars were there, and two of us tried to call the number which no one answered.
