DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Extremely bad customer service! We had to cancel our service due to More Telecom failing to fix our connection issues after multiple attempts and were charged all sorts of exit fees and they would not remove them. On top of that, we were not deducted money for sending back our modem and phone due to "Being in poor condition" which is completely untrue they were basically brand new and hardly used. Would never recommend to anyone to use this company. Oscar has bad customer service skills and should be sacked!

I have my NBN Servive with them and it’s quick and the tech support people are responsive when I ring them if there are any problems

WORST telco EVER! DO NOT USE this company! You’ve now been warned. 1 YEAR! To finally get a start to Business NBN changeover. NEVER helped or contacted after call after call, email etc. (except finally getting some follow up assistance from jan (? Sory if mistake). USELESS! Charge non specified unused fortune despite complaint after complaint about all being told be credited. Lies. Disgusted that this company exists! Massive ombudsman complaint and litigation coming for huge loss of turnover!

reasonable price, best quality i ever had, i had DODO and Bliss, they could do nothing for me, i have less than 2 km to exchange and i should have 11 mbps internet, dodo and bliss gave me at most 4 and now moretelecom gave 10.xx mbps stable and reliable internet.now i can watch stream perfectly.i ever change it again
