Terrible service. Customer service was horrible. There are not apply anything. Not working.
It has been more than two weeks (almost 3weeks) since I applied for Nbn service, but nothing has been done yet.
They haven't responded to the progress and I've already paid close to $300 first, but I haven't gotten anything yet.

The number of hours and days I have spent trying to get connected to the internet since transferring to More has made any savings on the commonwealth bank discount completely useless. They have blamed everyone else including my previous provider and the NBN but I have never had any internet issues until I swapped to More. It has been extremely frustrating and joining has been a net negative for me because of the amount of time I’ve had to take off work to fix this issue which is still not resolved. 0/10 do not recommend.

I saw the 30% discount for CBA customers and thought why not. My FTTC connection is stable and always reliable regardless of which RSP I use - this allowed me to jump up to a higher speed tier with no dramas. Simple signup process, configuration was simple and worked first time (PPOE password logins often never work first time!) and for the last few months service has been perfect. I moved from Aussie broadband to More.

Changed from optus to More due to the commbank deal. Was a hassle trying to connect with multiple calls needed. NOT ideal for gaming.never had problems with optus but More has frequent packet losses.

So far it’s been a really great service! From the moment of signup, the process has been seamless with plenty of notifications about the service being connected.

I’ve reached out to the support a couple of times through email and chat and both times they have been very helpful and responsive!

The speeds have definitely been as advertised and consistent. And I am using an old byo modem!

Very happy and impressed!?

Transition to More internet was pretty smooth and the price is below compared with other service providers. Speed is great so far and no dropouts.

Got transferred to More within half a day. Customer service responded with my queries on switching nbn providers. So far, so happy. No fuss and fast Internet.

Worst internet provider ever.
Tells me if I get there bigger plan they will upgrade my nbn for free then I sign up and the next day they cancel the upgrade without letting me know why thinking I wouldn't realise and only gives me there 50 plan for the price of the big one.
Do not recommend this place go with aussie broadband or anyone else.

Called four times to get an afternoon appointment for a technician to come out. Every time I got an appointment with an 8am to 12pm timeframe. Giving up now. Clearly there is some communication barrier: - (

Had no issues signing up and getting activated, and with the 30% off with CommBank the deal was too good to miss, have never had speeds under 250mb download even at peak hours and never dropped connection as of 3 weeks with them, cannot fault them at all

Pretty happy with More. I’ve had to ring for help at the start of joining because I bought my own modem with me to join, never waited more than 3 mins for someone to pickup the phone. They resolved the problems very quickly and the internet has been great, been with them about 1 month now. Got a great deal with them through Commonwealth Bank, heaps cheaper than Telstra and much prefer More’s customer service.

Multiple problems with customer service, incorrectly billed, connection speed issues, customer portal is mostly useless and basic features of outages trackers are non existent.
Unless you are getting a heavy discount don't bother.

UPDATE: Customer services reached out to me and is working to address all of the issues and do a feature request to their back end team for a outage tracker.

Really quick and easy to sign up on their website. Nbn box arrived in 3 business days. Easy to set up and the technical support team were helpful. Its been a couple of days and working really well so far.

Horrible customer service. Call centre staff are so curt that it borders on aggression. With so many NBN providers around, just choose a decent one.

Download speeds on HFC in Western suburbs of Adelaide are great. 240/38 almost any time of the day. The problem is Ping.
Pinging More NBN (Vocus) adelaide servers is 44ms, almost any time of the day. Pinging Telstra Adelaide exchange is 55ms. Sydney is over 100ms, Vic the same, Qld between 120-150ms
In fact, the speeds are capped weirdly state to state. Sydney saw me capped at 3.7mbps down, 16mbps up ping 60. Melbourne, 21ms 40 down, 18 up.
It seems like the purchased speeds are only available in your own state, and capped at cheaper plans when connecting to servers interstate. Probably the scam they use to provide the service cheaply. It's fake.
Want to play any FPS online? Nup.ping fluctuates wildly.
Work from home? Pixelation and stutter.
2 people work from home? Forget about Zoom calls.
My Telstra service pings just a couple of weeks ago?
4ms. That's right, 4ms to Telstra Adelaide server. Rock solid 24ms in Halo. Crystal clear work conferencing 24/7.
More NBN is just for web browsing and Netflix.

Probably most unstable NBN provider, Tired of getting connected and disconnected messages. Really regret chose them by accepting the offer from Commonwealth Bank

A good all round company that is no better or worse than any other these days. Okay, so More was slow to start I am not going to deny that. Their communication realistically is probably not the best! But even though they lost points for in those two areas they more (excuse the pun) than made up for it with everything after that. They have cut our NBN and phone bill more than half. Our phone system arrived all coded with the extension numbers etc. Couldn't work out the message bank on the main number not the extensions so rang tech support and he basically set it all up within 5 mins, i didn't have to do anything. The NBN speed is sensational and that is just on the XL plan. Their equipment is all set up and works flawlessly, thank you MORE!

Garbage service provider, i've email 4 times with no response.told them if they dont get back to me i will be switching providers, you think they got back to me lol no.
