73Very helpful service from John & Hector who corresponded with me via the More Chatbot feature to help me transfer my mobile plan over. I was sent a SIM card from Tangerine (sister company) instead of More so spoke with John to confirm that this SIM card would still be viable, and then later got help from Hector to have it manually activated and transferred. (Not given full 5-star rating due to the initial issue of not receiving a More Telecom SIM card and needing to contact staff to get it resolved).
Customer service officer Mr Rem was very attentive and polite. He was able to empathize with husband's hospitalisation, therefore he made a decision to waive our 4 days worth of NBN service when we cancelled their service due to the fact that we were moving to another address. Well done!
Marcus was extremely helpful and solved my problem in less than 10 mins. I could no recommend anyone better

Has taken over a week to port my mobiles over with still nothing have kept continuously contacti them only to be told to hang on another 24 hours every time I tell them to stop so I can get another carrier that I can use

Omg Mhae was a god sent, she has the patience of a saint.
I do not understand this very much and I asked my son to help, but both of us got frustrated so I put it away for another day.
Today was the day and I lucked out and got Mhae who listened to me reading the screen and tell me what to do next, she was so excited for me when it connected.
It may have taken me a week to get organised but if I knew there was a Mhae at the other end of the phone, I would have called sooner

Tangerine had my new modem to me within 3 days of placing the order. The connection was activated quickly. The WAN connection had an interruption that was quickly resolved by the prompt technical support.

I've just swapped over from Telstra to More and so far have found Customer Service Sales (M Gomez) and Technical Support (Jec) very efficient in helping me get my new system up and running. Was having trouble setting up my wifi on my own and I then call the support. I was answered by lovely Marge and my internet was all set up in 2 minutes. Amazing Support!
All good finally. Took a while to get it all sorted but after I got the new box I was able to get the net and home phone working with help.
