Finn from Sales team helped a lot. I was almost about to go back to previous service provider due to delay in switching but Finn took matters into hands and ensured connection was back within 2 hours. This is after I was without internet for more than 24 hours. Thanks Finn from Melbourne!

After More took over Montimedia, service has deteriorated. They refused to repair faults and I had no internet for 5 weeks.

Taking 6 hours of my time over 3 calls over 3 weeks to fix a landline phone setup. Still not fixed and one the phone right now waiting for support. Please do better.

I have worked at More Telecom for 4 years and it is an awesome company to work for. I have leant alot and grown as an individual during my time here. The whole team are very friendly, always looking to help each other and improve on the great service to customers

0 star review. Steer well clear of this so called service provider. They give you anything but "service". Hopeless in taking your calls or addressing problems. They disconnected our fax line - but of course have still been charging us and we have been trying for about 6 months to get them to sort it out and they just fob us off saying its someone else's issue. Don't even think that you'll get through to speak to an Australian representative. They are also more expensive than other providers. I don't think other reviewers who are giving good reviews could possibly be with this firm (or they are associated).

Due to COVID we had to let go our staff and struggling to stay float.we have 8 lines which were hardly in use for past 8 months, we requested them to terminate those line while we still be using their internet and other lines. Customer services refuse to help in any way and wanted us to pay $1200 to terminate the contract (or wanted us to go Bankrupt) however we still agreed to pay half of it but not result. No Help or respect for people who struggling with COVID. I hope their management will understand.

We cancelled our service with MoreTelecom and still continued to have our account direct debited. Despite several emails requesting them to stop direct debiting our account and to refund the amounts over charged for 3 months they are still refusing to cancel our service and stop charging us? This is the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE MORETELECOM

We have been with More Telecom since last year and would highly recommend!

Fast NBN with great customer service. If I need anything I can always get through to them nice and quickly which is a breath of fresh air from other providers.

I've had my phone and NBN with More Telecom since last year, recently had a query relating to my bill. The customer service I received was fantastic and they were very helpful in explaining everything to me. Great company to deal with, highly recommended!

I have been using More Telecom services for our business sites for the past 2 years for NBN and Voip
Every time we have had a service or billing issue it has been handled very professionally and prompt.
Before More telecom we were with Telstra and that was a absolute nightmare.

We have been using More Telecom for several years. The team has always been responsive and reliable unlike previous providers I have been with. Phone providers get a tough wrap as people are quick to jump on and review when something is wrong, but not the other way around. Thanks guys for being an integral part of our business for so many years!

Beware More Telecom are selling 4G data as NBN broadband!

For the record
- My More Telecom Account No 43205
- A functioning NBN Modem was installed adjacent to the More Telecom Router
- The address is a small shop building with 4 1-2 people non tech savvy businesses that need internet for POS and music activities.
- My home internet provider I have been with for 18 years so I know what good internet delivery looks like

History
Signed up for NBN50+4G backup deal $110/month with More Telecom in November and had internet reasonably quickly. Tenants constant complaining about slow internet and I got then to check there equipment and proximity to the router etc but they kept complaining. As I was busy on checked actual speed 3 weeks ago and found 4Mb/s speed which was slower that my Vodafone phone 4G. Called there tech people twice spent 3 hours on phone changing the More Router setting at the end of each tech support siad done. I checked speed which was still 4G. I said hey this still isnt NBN tech person says yes its only 4G.

Twice called More Supervisor and said I havent had NBN for 5 months ive only had 4G I believe I deserve a refund he advised Ive had internet so whats the problem. I said so you dont see a problem with my contract being NBN50+4G backup and only getting 4G for 5 months he advised no. He advised it was a delay with provisioning.

I responded with my feet and changed to TPG NBN50 ($70/month). Within 3 days had modem delivered, plugged in and had sweet NBN for the first time.

What More are good at: -
- Back in November Sales guys appeared very competent and patient hence why I took the risk and signed with them
- Tech support rep was very good
- Increasing there profitability by selling 4G as NBN

What More are not good at: -
- Understanding what NBN is
- Customer service

So thank you More Telecom for: -
- Making me pay $577 for 5 months of 4G internet. Never had NBN the whole time though the NBN modem was installed and functioning.
- Great support by your customer support supervisor NOT! He kindly supported me submitting this public feedback.
- Making me not want to sign on to smaller tech businesses in the future. I will stick with the big guys

Since my earlier review I paid out all invoices to More and was happy to leave it at that only a few days ago I got invoiced $240 early termination fee even though I only cancelled because More Telecom breached the contract by not delivering NBN (on an NBN50+4g backup plan) and seemed happy to keep doing that forever.

I had a problem with this and finally contacted the Telecommunications Ombudsmen (which I should have done at the beginning) whom was excellent. A day later I was contacted by More advising out of the goodness of there heart More were now happy to now waive the early cancellation fee if I waived off the Ombudsmen complaint.

My reply was that I had paid $460 in specific NBN50 fees that was never received and they in fact owe me $460. Finally agreed on they would refund me $250 + waiving early termination fee.

They offered an additional $50 if I took down this negative review. My reply was if they advised which parts of this review were incorrect I was happy to correct the review. Response was Silence.

I find dealing with this clearly dishonest company very distasteful. They lack honesty and integrity and the further I stay away from them the better in case I start thinking this is any way an acceptable business practice.
