Misoya Sake Bar

Superb food, incredibly flavorful. The delicious smell of the ramen hits you as soon as you open the door. High class presentation as well. Agedashi tofu is heavenly! Good on vegetarian options too. Will definitely be making the trek across the city to eat here again.

Would love sashimi added to menu and the place needs hooks for your bag under table and also a hook in bathroom. No where to put bag. But food is yummo and service is sweet

Amazing, authentic Japanese ramen shop. Beautifully prepared japanese food (not only ramen) that can not be faulted. The staff are friendly and fast and tht ambience is more casual. But that's exactly how ramen is served in Japan.
There is a great selection of beers, wine and sake, as well as simple, yet beautiful deserts.
If you want the best ramen in Melbourne come to Misoya.it is the best.

I will only speak to the special pork ramen - that I have ordered easily 20 times. Each time the broth is perfectly seasoned and flavoured, pork falls apart as you eat it and noodles are cooked perfectly. This beats even some of the ramen I have enjoyed in Japan

The creamy chicken ramen was just awesome. Had to pay $6 for the pickled beanshoots though amd it was a very small serve at that. That's my only criticism. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars

YUM! This was my first ramen experience so I can’t say if it is the best in town, but it was so flavoursome and hearty. I had the creamy chicken with pork and my partner in food had the vegan ramen which came with less toppings, but the flavours were amazing. Both super filling.
I also recommend the fried chicken.
Friendly service and reasonable prices. Will definitely be back.

Super delicious Ramen. A bit annoying that the vege options come with far less though. For the same price, the meat version comes with pork belly, Wakami, egg, etc.while the vege just has a slice of tomato and two green beans. If you orderd what the meat version has as extras it would cost $8 more than the vege.

Food started coming half an hour after placing order. ONE BY ONE.with about 10 minutes in between! Don't know how they got so many good reviews.

This is the best ramen I’ve tasted so far in Melbourne (and I’ve tried a lot). The Misoya special ramen is flavorful but not oily and the noodles are al dente! A must try when you visit Brunswick!

Most delicious Age dashi tofu I have ever had and the vegetarian Miso ramen is delicious. The price is so affordable too. We ate and drank sake like Queens and it only came to $80 for two people.

Not worth the wait. Went up and asked about our food after waiting 30 mins and turns out they’d missed our order. Still took a while after that. I’ve had much better ramen. Won’t be back.

Misoya Sake Bar is by far the best ramen i have had in Melbourne. It is real soul food. Service is great also. I 100% recomend

We have been regular, almost weekly Misoya sake bar patrons since its inception. The ramen is consistently delicious, authentic and made with passion. The gyoza is also recommended.
The menu caters for ramen lovers, vegetarians and vegans.

And the staff are friendly, accommodating and very helpful.

Now it is fully licensed and has an interesting range for the curious and epicureans.

Friends who are invited to eat with us at Misoya Sake Bar are always impressed; it is an affordable, yet complete satisfying eating experience.

The ambiance is relaxed with soothing jazz music and the decor has a minimalist aesthetic that makes us feel at home.

Sometimes seems understaffed a bit - but the food, prices and service from the staff that are there is fantastic. My go-to for good ramen and gyoza.

Everything on the menu is awesome, decent prices and super friendly staff. The deep fried sushi roll is delicious!

What a discovery! It was a hot day but we still really enjoyed our Ramen. The quality of the food is high, the broth delicious. There are a few non-Ramen dishes like tempura e gyoza which were just as delicious.
You order and pay before your meal arrives but they deliver it to your table. There is limited seating, some on Sydney Rd and some inside.
Can't wait to go back there.
