Millennium Medical Centre

Have experienced very long waits. It's also an unpleasant atmosphere, unwelcoming and not very clean. Staff also unprofessional by expressing dissatisfaction with jobs.

Very pathetic services, got appoinment but still have to wait another one hout Very poor customer service from receptionists. I would rather prefere to go somewhere else very disappointed

Very dodgy staff and rude receptionist. We took an appointment for 11: 50am but Its 12: 40 and we are still waiting for our turn. People coming after us and going before us.

Very happy with the service. Good customer service from reception, Dr Ahmed Dawood was awesome. Greatful that this place is open til 11pm and they also give you details to a chemist which is open 24 hours

Had a really good experience. The staff on front desk John and Andy were a pleasure to deal with Very friendly and professional. I literally walked in without an appointment and was seen by a doctor straight away.

Avoid this practice if you can. The wait times are unbelievable. I used to live in the area and I would see people waiting at 5pm whilst I was walking home from work and when we were going out to dinner at 7.30pm those same people were still waiting.

When I attended myself the wait times were also long. On one occasion I waited 2 hours just to see a doctor to renew a script.

The staff at reception are impolite and ignore people who approach the desk.

The quality of doctors is very inconsistent. Some are good (once you finally see them) but there are a couple who are notoriously poor. You can read about them in the other reviews.

There are so many other bulk billed practices in the area. Go to one of those instead.

5 stars to Dr Nadia Shafaq evening doctor that deals in emergency consultation. You feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend for any issue you may have.

Visit there 2 years ago. Doctor mary was so helpful and nice. Recently went there and there was a somali/african doctor who hardly spent a minute with my issue. Gave me wrong advice. God! Avoid that doctor at any case. Now i need a surgery listening to that doctor. Not going for sure

The waiting time is terrible regardless of if you have made an appointment or just done a walk-in. I have been waiting here as a walk-in for 1 hours and 15 minutes and there was at least one other walk-in who came after me but was seen before me.

The lack of care from reception staff is also noteworthy.

Every time I have been here, something similar happens. I come here because of their operating times.

The doctors are good however they have extremely long wait times. Expect to wait for hours before you see a doctor so clear that schedule!

One of the best Medical centre in Melbourne.shouldnt be bothered waiting for the best doctors there. Dr. Prashant and Dr. Nadia are the best doctors and I would refer everyone to visit them. They are not only best at their proffession, they are well trained and years and years of experience. So happy with their services.

They care about their patients with the highest care possible, but they are human and very good service for imigrants and locals the same, but they are not magic!

Never going here again. Have twice made appointments and been kept waiting more than an hour to see a doctor. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is if you're made to wait for so long anyway.

Always triple book. Minimum of an hour kept waiting past appointed time. Not happy. My old clinic in Bondi Junction in Sydney bulk billed and was just as busy but I never waited more than 5 minutes even with no appointment.

I wish i could give it a zero! Everytime ive come here ive had to wait for over an hour on each occasion. This is ridiculous! And ive always been on time for all of my appointments. But to have to wait for over an hour, this is just bad!

Worst service, don't care about any requests and very long wait time and don't bother to apologise. Totally ridiculous.wish to rate with zero star.
