Time wasting. If you have too much time to waste and too much patience go to Millennium WASTE TIME centre

Maybe I was fortunate but have to rate 5 stars based on how helpful and speedy the staff were in my experience today. The family usually goes to SIA but when we needed to urgently see a GP this morning was told that they were booked out for today and tomorrow so would have to wait for a Monday appointment. Reluctantly went to Millennium only to find a helpful receptionist who explained while they were also booked out they could take a walk in appointments for those with an urgent need. Family member ended up waiting only 20 minutes to see a doctor who took a proactive and helpful approach to dealing with the issue which needs urgent attention to avoid hospitalisation.

I been coming to this clinic since I was 19 years old. This clinic got a bad rating back in the early 2000s for doctor shoppers, but over the years the staff have changed making it a better health clinic for people. There's a bit of a wait to see the doctor's even if you have a appointment but the doctor's are well trained an even my grandmother who I brought here for the first time this year says they are lovely staff and doctor's at this clinic.

I’ve been coming to these guys for years but I don’t think I will anymore as they have completely changed and not for the better.

The new reception staff are completely incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. Calling me by the wrong name and telling me that my appointment doesn’t exist when it did.

The doctors always run late, usually over an hour - what’s the point of booking anymore?

One of the doctors I went to see about falling asleep while driving prescribed me MELATONIN? Does he realise how dangerous that is?

Lately is has just been one ludicrous experience after another and my patience is wearing pretty thin.

Made an appointment for 6pm. Waited for an hour+ to be seen. The receptionist advised me that the doctor was on the phone the whole time and there was still someone to be seen before me. I was told “Just wait for the next one”. There was never a single client seen before me. I ended up just going home. Do not recommend. Please message me if you require further information. I am extremely disappointed in the service as I required attention as per my requested appointment time.

The absolute worst run medical centre in the Southern Hemisphere. I am continuously lost for words at just how poor your level of customer service, punctuality and general concept of time is. Please! For the love of mankind just be better!

Excellent doctors and fairly prompt service, unfortunately if you go here you will be surrounded by dole bludgers and centrelink ferals in the waiting area, doctors are good patients are welfare losers

I am so tired of this clinic taking advantage of lower socioeconomic folk. Their doctors maintain views from 100 years ago and refuse to treat women fairly. They have reports from APRA as their doctors regularly break code of practice. They will cancel your appointment the day of and not reschedule. In three years I have tried this clinic 10 times, thinking maybe it was a bad day for a doctor. But consistently poorly consultations and won't actually help you.

Avoid this clinic at ALL costs.

Long wait even after booking appointments.
For kids urgent appointments they dont have on time response neither could meet Dr. On appointments time.

I have been coming to the clinic for years nearly 25 years but recently something wrong with receptionist are awful Costmor service will never walk again at all specially after been embarrassing by the young receptionist that to wear musk while exempted no question just tell me get out sad until last year was all my family and my friends was to come to the clinic the young Australian lady is discriminated Africans even my friends said the same thing: - (

Terrible. GPs at this centre do not care about your condition, they don’t listen to you or try to explain why they diagnose you with something. It’s more like they are just trying to get trough the day, giving medical certificates to people who don’t want to work. On top of this, there’s out of pocket expense for international students, which would be ok if they did their job right, but they don’t, so it’s outrageous. I don’t recommend any actually-ill person to come here.

I had an appointment with someone doctor last time but I waited more than one hour and half with out my appointment time in side the reception I asked to the receptionist many times about my appointment but she didn’t anything then I went to home

They don't really care about their patients. I have been trying to follow up on my reports and I not able to get it. The doctor give a call around 11: 15pm and don't respond if we call them back.

Can you update your working hours please? The map shows that your centre is open between 8 am to 11 pm on Tuesdays. We came now at 9: 25 pm and we found the centre closed. It’s inconvenient for the clients.

Absolutely disgusted with the way the receptionist with long hair and glasses (i think her name is chris) the way she spoke to everyone who approached the desk was shocking. People who come to this clinic are obviously vulnerable, seeking medical treatment, where most of them english is there second language and her complete lack of care and professionalism in this field really took me back. Furthermore a friend of mine once came here and they lost her paperwork three times! Footscray millenium medical centre better step up and take accountability. Ive read all of the reviews. Stop making excuses and get rid of her.

I'm not one to always leave reviews but I was appalled by the treatment I received yesterday. They told me to come back in an hour then an hour later come back in another hour. It's night time now I can't keep coming back. Then they told me the doctor would call. The doctor calls me at 11pm and tells me he cannot help me and hung up on me couldn't even spare me 5 mins for the consult and told me to take the day off work to come into the clinic. On top of that when I expressed my dissatisfaction the receptionist has the audacity to tell me they are running a business not a place for patient grievances to be heard and I was holding the line from other patients. No one was in the line. These are the people we trust with our health. How rude they only care about money not our health. One day it will be something serious having these people taking it like a joke. I have been to other doctors and I'm shocked this establishment is still in business

Just a money making place, recently visited for pre-travel covid test and just to get GP referal they chage me 70$, (later understood it wasnt required) and they suggested to get the results from the lab with doctor on phone appointment, now this is a follow up activity asked by the GP, but the medical center said first they charge $70 more and later came down to $50. I never understood, what are you charging money for.
To visit here, you need appointment, but cant meet doctor at the appointed time and i waited for 1 hr, then what is the point. The reception respond to us as if they are super busy and we dont have job. Overall not a great experience.

Our Family has been seeing Dr Jason Ngui in recent months at the Medical Centre. Dr Ngui is always meticulous and thorough during our consultations.
He has gone above and beyond all of our expectations during our consultations, I would confidently recommend his services to everyone.
