Do not bother going to this doctors office apparently they are not taking new patients unless you pay a fee for registration with them

Hello i have been going to this Medical centre for 7 years and everyone there is lovely. There is a wait time but it's worth it because the service and care they provide is outstanding.

I have been away for a couple years, and recently came back to my he clinic my wife and I are very happy with their friendly service Josie has loads of experience as a diabetes expert and great compassion for patients and clients, she is amazing and encouraging to do better for once self

I went to the medical center because I had a fever, chills and I felt very bad, the doctor only told me that it was the flu and that I should take panadol, today I went to another doctor because I still have the same symptoms and it turns out that I have tonsillitis and he gave me antibiotics.
It cost me $70 (GP Apoinment) and $20 (Registration) for a doctor prescribed me panadol.
Very disappointing.

Went to see the doctor for a referral for what I suspect may have been bursitis or a ganglion cyst in my wrist. Was asked is it just one wrost or both, I said one and the doctor said unless it’s both wrists there nothing we need to do about it and sent me on my way.good to know that you can’t have bursitis or a ganglion cyst in only 1 half of your body

Have been using this clinic for the past two years since moving to the area and have never had any issues. In fact, it’s one of the better clinics I’ve been to. They generally always have appointments available within a day or two notice. They have nurses available on site for blood collection and wound care/mini procedures. Exceptional doctors who care about your well-being. Female friendly as well!

I know everyone is complaining about wait time but the clinic and other clinic have that wait time. I know because I’ve been living in Melbourne for 6 years now so the population has grown throughout these years. I’ve been going to millennium medical Centre for those 6 years. They provide excellent service. The lady who takes blood is quite phenomenal with her hands. Those who are complaining there are many other clinics nobody forced you to come there.

The front of staff was ok - didn’t seem as bad as the reviews say. Been here a couple of times when I was quite unwell and all the doctors here could say was drink lots of water and write some medications I could simply buy off the shelf without prescription. I didn’t pay $70 for them to write me have some lozenges for your tonsillitis. Absolute joke of a medical centre

I just moved to Melbourne so this was my first time visiting the clinic I had blood test today and lady who did my blood text was rude and complaining about others doctors saying they don’t know anything and know how to do their job, she told me you are not a child because I was afraid from the needle, and she was so rude and mean for no reason, I was so nice to her but still she show no respect, as professional worker she should know how to communicate with others people, I felt very uncomfortable with her, I hope she learn how to treat others people and learn how to be friendly and nice to others, people are sick and in pain the last things they wants is someone to rude to them, hope someone do something about this, I think the lady was from Asian backgrounds, I was too afraid to ask her 2/11/22

Dont expect to find "care" here. Its been mostly ok but I have had some appalling experiences. I've walked in to a doctors office, said hello and was literally told to "sit down and shut up". The dude was eating a subway sandwich. I dont know if he was drunk or just didn't care.
I do feel for these doctors. Its a pretty sketchy area filled with crazy people. Also some of the staff have been down right belligerent. It sometimes feels dehumanizing.

You never see a doctor at your appointment time more like 2hrs later, the receptionist is absolutely rude

Twice I’ve booked a Telehealth appointment and no one called back either times. I only go when I virtually self diagnose - tell them the medication required and leave with a script. You can’t assess any patient in ten minutes

I called at 10: 10 They said they had a spot free at 1: 10. I got there on time and I had to wait 45mins to see a doctor. How could you beginning that late when you booked me in only a couple hours earlier? Shocking service

Been a patient of this medical center for a very long time, a time back when it was open til 12 midnight which was good if you needed i have to contact this clinic again for a 4th time due to the doctor not faxing through my referral to the hospital n now I'm in great pain.i even contacted the hospital n nothing. Their are much better clinics apart from this one, all the good doctors that used to be their have left.and some of the ones their now are very arrogant and rude and do not diagnose patients correctly.if u have no their choice then that's fine but if u do u can get much better help at other clinics

Dr green is Dr.red flag, Does absolute minimum, no passion and just goes to work to fill his pockets. Hours of waiting, despite of booking an appointment prior over the phone.

$20 fee for new signups. They dont tell you till you arrive cause most people would walk.

I booked an appointment still had to wait for 50 mins.

The reception area looks horrible and feels unhealthy, theres no air flow felt like i was in a petri dish of bacteria.

Doctor was ok.

Be a good person Dr Green before anything else, because we need a better person to treat us then a GP

Awful, long wait time aside - doctor wouldn’t give me my prescription (insulin - I would literally die without it) without a “blood test”. I have been coming here on and off for the past eight years specifically to get my prescription and the doctor refused to give me it due to “new policy”.
First time this has ever happened to me; gobsmacked.

Absolutely shocking experience. Avoid this place, it feels deliberately unhelpful. I will never be back.

Receptionist on the 21 Feb 2022 was condescending and childish. Don't go there and get treated poorly. Go to Sia Footscray Medical Centre - call 8538 8111
