I came here only once, the 'Doctor', had remnants of a kebab on his shirt. He also walked into the wall while I was there.   I do that a lot when I'm drunk, but I'm not at work and i'm not a doctor, I was dubious of his diagnosis and also his credibility.

Dr amir is very rude and ignorant doctor av ever seen I booked an appointment to see a doctor about my health issue and to change my bandage he just change the bandage and told me to make another appointment I've been waiting there for an hour his very rude not nice at all

Great practice and service for the past 12 years always seen promptly with respect and consideration. I have been seeing Dr Jason Nguni for the past 3 months and what an amazing young doctor. Polite, respectful and thorough, I am saddened deeply to learn that he is finishing this coming week. Potty management don’t see the good in professional individuals and do what ever it takes to maintain the individual Doctors services.
I wish you every success Dr Jason and hope and pray our paths cross again, amazing young doctor.
Management find me another great doctor that has the same patient passion as you Doctor Jason

I like all doctors but receptions always rude.and do not even listen. So I don’t come anymore.

One of the worst clinics ever. Doctors just rushing patients through without any thorough investigation. I wasted 5 years going here until finally going to family clinic where the doctor pursued the cause of my symptoms instead of just waving all my complaints off as nothing.

Dr Jason Ngui was rude, and ignorant of basic medicine and became indignant when presented with his own mind blowing lack of knowledge. For a young doctor to be so without information on common conditions is truly terrifying.

The time in the Centre was no pleasing at all. The receptionist with glasses around 30s (Aug. 26 3: 45pm) was rude (Aggressive and unhelpful tone of voice)

My friend is pregnant and needed to use their toilet desparately. They denied her access. She wouldnt need to use it if the Coles toilet were closed for cleaning. One heartless receptionist. I hope your wife, partner or sister will never had to experience this. Holding your pee while pregnant is very difficult. I would give it no star if I could.

Dr Briese is fantastic. He use to be grumpy but has changed for the best. He is now so personable, helpful and a good listener.

Me and my wife both working my baby got sick at evening so i check online this clinic timming online and go there when i go there.there is receptionist was there and a security guard the guy tell me that its closed. I show the timming then he said its old.

The doctors in the hospital were good with friendly service but the staff at the reception was very impolite and today I went for dressing to my leg injury.the one male nurse is very rude and don’t even know the ethics like how to treat the patient and he doesn’t even did my dressing well he is totally unfit as a nurse.

Very bad, they were asking for money first, didn't care that i'm having allergy, they don't care about anything other than money. The worst part that the doctor didn't know what to do! So i called the aumbalance!

Nurse who did dressing to my friend is so rude and telling if you cannot wait you can go to private hospital. I have not seen this kind behaviour

I feel so lucky that I have a bulk billing clinic that's open at all times of the day in my community. I was overcome with something terrible very suddenly last night, and they were there for me, allowing me to get a script at 10.30pm at night and head to a 24 hour pharmacy. I didn't have to go to the emergency room or spend the night in terrible pain because they were there. This clinic deserves a lot of recognition.

Ive been waiting here for a hour and had to go to the desk to confirm that i still had an appointment. Apparently youre supposed to be fashionably late to a gp appointment

The only reason this place isn't shut down, Is because it assist the most vulnerable people, that no other centre want to be affiliated with, such as drug addicts, HIV patents, poor grumpy old folks. If this place was in Ivanhoe with this type of careless staff and Drs, It could have been shut down long time ago.

Doctor was over 90 minutes late to work, no patients were advised of the holdup or inconvenience. Terrible service

Was told to go see a lady for my ‘lady problems’ by doctor Robert Briese, was also asked why I was even there if I didn’t need a med cert, also any doctor worth his salt knows what the basic medical condition PCOS is, this doctor does not and told me not to use silly acronyms yet this is the medical term for this condition. This man should not have his license.

Te staff at the reception and the doctor i met were really helpefull and patient to understand my problem.
Big thanks to them
