The receptionist is so rude, I have never seen such a rude person. How can you put such person as a Customer service people. She seems like backward person who dont have manner to talk, how can you serve patients! The way she was talking with all people it was horrible! Even undeveloped countries dont have such a bad customer service! Just horrible! I wish I can give 0 star. Because of that rude behaviour I had to leave their clinic instead of seeing a doctor.

Only had to use the service once in a situation where a trip to the hospital was looking likely due to the hour. Yes, there was a considerable wait but try arriving at the hospital under your own steam rather than an ambulance and see how long it takes to be attended to. Doctor seen was very competent and able to resolve the problem so no complaints.
**Have to deduct three stars. Visited recently at opening time and the staff were all out the back and had no key to get in. There was a queue of people waiting already and they had to wait for pharmacy worker to get in at 8am with her key. Would have meant a huge wait in the car on a hot day as they won't let you wait inside. Ended up having to go elsewhere.

Attended clinic with my 3 years old who had a fall and injured her chin Front Desk was kind enough, Lady doctor was very cooperative and nice and checked my daughter as her mother would have done same kindness was shown by both Nurses while cleaning, Glueing and bandage. My experience was 5 Star and all I can say is "GOD BLESS YOU ALL"

I had a great experience on Friday night. After some gardening I ended up with a splinter of wood in my finger. It was extremely painful, swollen and I could not take it out. I went to the Mill Park Clinic in the middle of night (3am) as I could not sleep from pain. A nurse who was at the reception was so kind, fast, calming. He took the splinter out in no time and made me instantly relieved. Thanks so much!

My mum was sick so I took her there and the Dr who examined mum prescribed my mum a medication which clashes with the others. We advised her about the meds mum was on but no she did not care. Oh and the Dr's name is Dr Sarah Zack.

Some of the night doctors and staff are very rude, they also refused to write prescriptions after 6 p.m. The pharmacy is no longer 24 hours.the wait time is ridiculous even when there's 5 people waiting.

The doctor is in his room doing nothing for 50 minutes then he see one patient for 5 minutes then he do nothing for the next 50 minutes so if there's 2 patients ahead of you expect 3 hours

If I could give this clinic -150 stars I would!
It would be quicker to go to uni and get a doctor degree and treat yourself than wait in their waiting room! Disgraceful!

Went there at 2am in the morning and waited 2 hours to see a doctor when there was only 3 other patients, was assured the nurse would check on me but she never did, the doctor refused to listen saying my problem was me imagining it with my anxiety and if I felt so bad about it I should go to the ER, the only redeeming quality was the nice reception lady who seemed concerned and spoke to me more about it then the doctor did, just go to the hospital instead and save yourself the time

It’s 24hrs and it’s free. A pharmacy attached to get medication at any time of the day. Pathology and wound dressings done on site. Good for non emergency or quick check up while suffereing a cold/flu. Staff are professional.
Yes there is a wait involved, but what do you expect. I don’t understand the complaints. If you’re unhappy to wait for a consultation then book in with your private GP and pay $50+ per visit.

I've been to this clinic a few times and it seems to be getting worse each time I go. At my last visit, there was no doctor at the clinic for 45mins. This was at 7.45am. From past visits, the doctors I have seen here generally don't listen much and when they do, they dont believe you. Receptionists just treat you like another number.

Terrible waited 3 hours and then I was told Doctor is exhausted and has gone home.then another doctor comes in and starts seeing new patients and forgot about the ones waiting.unbelievable! The reception ship had to be reminded about the waiting patients!

Worst service.whenever i book via phone and go on time, i still wait for an hour to see the doctor. Receptionists never give the right number of patients waiting.

Need to improve ur service and be honest.

Didn't think it was possible to wait OVER 2 hours to see at doctor at 2am with only 4 people waiting before me. Absolutely disgusting patient care, doctors seeing one patient per 30-40 minutes with appointments only lasting 5 or so minutes- what the hell are they doing with the rest of the time during the night? ! Would be faster to go to ED

Waited over an hour and a half to see a Doctor. They have more people at reception than doctors what a shame

The staff were really nice and friendly, yes I had to wait but I didn't have an appointment so I expected to wait but it wasn't long maybe 15min. The place was clean especially the toilets, the lady Dr I saw was extremely good definitely go back there

Sat waiting with a very sick child for 40 minutes while the “doctor” sat in their office not seeing patients. We were initially the only people there. Others were told there was a long wait.there ended up being 3 patients, including two sick children waiting for this so called doctor who clearly had bigger priorities than seeing sick patients. We walked out and will never go back. Hospital would have been better.

My daugther got a dog's bite. The receptionist, doctors and nurses were really nice and helpful. We didn't have to wait long even if it was at night time (10.30pm).

I only use this clinic after hours and it does have a 24hr chemist. However I don't have much faith in the doctors for serious illnesses. The doctors are unaware of age limitations on medications. So good for medical certificates. However I have seen an amazing doctor there as well. Dr. Mabo was wonderful with a beautiful bedside manner
