Waste of time can’t get blood test results in 5 days.
It is just a mask selling business.

Update: My daughter did a blood test at Mill park clinic on 17th August. After making 10 calls and waited for 7-8 days they cant get the results and verbally told the result over the phone. Also doctor stated over telephone that he don't have the results in writing so he wont be responsible for any thing. In terms of masks no one provide the mask on reception, if you forget the mask you end buying from pharmacy.

The staff were very helpful and the GP was very understanding. A quick visit on Sunday and I was in and out within 15 minutes of arriving.

I’ve been going here for years and never experienced such rudeness in my life. The receptionists need to learn how to treat people & do their jobs correctly. Judging by the reviews majority of people have had the same experience.

I hate the reception at this clinic.she was very rude, like a witch.this clinic is good but unfortunately they employ people who have no manners.especially the reception. If I remember the name I will share it here. Unfortunately I didn't pay much attention

Worst service ever, doctors are good but the staff are worst and in there websites it’s says 12 o clock closes but they never take new patients after 7: 30.

I think they are running just for government money

Very rude reception and the doctor was the most unhelpful, hung up on me after a 2 minute conversation. Offering no medical advice or support. Do not recommend

Terrible experience with reception staff tonight.very rude.brushing off and not willing to understand what the patient is trying to say. What has superclinc done in terms of staff training? Zero empathy, culturally insensitive and super unhelpful. What is the administration doing to ensure safe patient experience? Its an absolutely demeaning behaviour. My dad needed to renew antihypertensive prescription. Upon asking if there is anyway we can do that or she can message the doctor even if we can't see him, she rudely declined and said " go and see some other doctor". Its then that her colleague intervened and said i could get 3 day worth of medication without a script from a pharmacy. How is it that she was not aware of it? What training is provided to ensure staff education. The reception staff made us feel vulnerable and clearly have not heard about patient centred care. Clearly the administration does not seem to be bothered by it as this is an ongoing problem. Doctors are busy and its understandable that all of us cannot be seen sometimes but why don't we deserve a polite and respectful approach when we speak with respect to them. Time to be accountable for your staff's actions!

A terrible terrible Indian/Sri Lankan woman doctor there (sorry don't know her name).

Otherwise, couple of other doctors are pretty good. One did very well in diagnosing and treating me.

Good for 24/7 service, although they still tell you to come during business hours.

Don't like the next door chemist.

Came for my appointment, was never even seen bc he was late and I have other appointments to attend to. Wasn’t even told he was behind either, everytime ive come here it has been so unorganised and reception is understaffed.

Worst experience ever - receptionists were very impolite and rudely made a comment “is that all? ” when I said it is an emergency for us to see the Doc as my 8yo daughter is having severe tummy ache and continuously vomited 7 times. Discourteously then, she asked us go wait in the car for 3 hours for doctor to call. No hospitality or compassion whatsoever. Don’t recommend this clinic.

My dougther got an alergic reaction to something and we took her to the Mill Park Super-clinic last night. We hoped that a doctor might help us understand what is she reacting to and how to handle it. Unfortunately, a doctor literally did not even bother to look at the rash. He was totally disinterested and just gave us a prescription for an over-the-counter drug. I felt like a fool for taking her to the doctor. A pharmacist would have been much more useful. Also, this is not the first time to experience this kind of ignorance in this clinic. The doctors are almost as a rule rude, disengaged or in the best case indifferent. They communication is at a very low level. On positive side, nurses and receptionists are nice. However, the overall impression stays very negative because of the doctors.

Claimed they couldn't give referrals on public holidays due to it being against Medicare's rules. No such info on gov websites. Called several other doctors while trying to get an appointment, and all said they'd never heard such a rule and would be happy to. My guess is it's not as profitable to provide them when doctor rates are higher on public holidays.

I rang up and asked them how long the wait time was for a walk in only to be told when I arrived that the wait time had gone up an hour and a half and that they were not taking anymore walk ins after driving 30 minutes down from where I live, and after that they had the audacity to question what my problem was as if I was going to say it in front of the entire waiting room. Cant see me returning here again in the near future.
