This has to be one of the worst run clinics on the planet. I ring up at 8am, hi, what time do the nurses get there so I can get a blood test? They get here at 8am, literally get there 15 minutes later. Hello where are the nurses to do blood test? They start at 9am, you’re welcome to wait.occurrences like this are all too common at this place Would be funny if it wasn’t so pathetic.

The ladies on reception are fantastic, polite, professional and always greet you with a smile, thanks Esta, Dina and Michelle. As for my doctor, he is one of the best doctor's I have worked with in a long time. He is patient, understanding and always strives for the best outcome regarding the patient. If you want a excellent caring, professional gp see Dr Senthilkumaran Rajakumar, you won't be disappointed.

This place almost killed my daughter (1yo). Made a. Appointment with a female doctor my daughter was extremely ill, had a rash on her body wasn’t eating or drinking and she said go home it’s a virus. No testing nothing.
The next day she was almost unresponsive and we have been admitted to hospital with a blood infection of strep a. If I had of listened to you doctor she would have been dead! I told you something was wrong and you were so dismissive of me and pushed me out the door. I am disgusted.

We took our daughter 4 days ago for jamming her finger in a door. We didn't book, just walked in and the receptionist asked if we had an appointment. We said we didn't and she said "we'll what are you doing here then? " The nurse who actually fixed and wrapped our daughters hand was absolutely lovely but the rest of the visit was disappointing.
Two days later, we returned to have the finger rewrapped by a nurse (as we were told to do). We didn't need to see a doctor, just a nurse and were met with the same receptionist who rudely said "you know you're meant to have an appointment? " Even though it says "walk ins welcome" on the door. Obviously walk ins are not that welcome. When we finally got to the waiting room for the nurses we could hear them in their room chatting for 20 minutes while we waited. When they finally came out they stared at us for a while before saying "are you coming in? " My husband said "if you're finished your break" and she said "we weren't on one we were just chatting". If you aren't on a break and there are customers waiting shouldn't you deal with them before your conversation?
Overall, slow, rude service. Will not be returning.

I've been visiting this clinic for about 14 days now, and during my visits, I've had to meet with doctors and receive injections (meet nurse). I must admit, I have a fear of injections. However, I was fortunate to have my injections administered by two wonderful ladies, Dasheni and Tess (I hope I've spelled their names correctly). Their expertise was exceptional, and I can genuinely say that I barely felt a thing during the injections.

Regarding the doctors, I encountered during my visits, Dr. Zahid Hussain, Iman Jamali, and Janan were not only friendly but also highly skilled and professional. It's reassuring to know that I'm in the hands of such capable professionals.

I also want to highlight that this centre has a team of staff members who are truly professional, friendly, and kind. In today's world, we need more people like them who make a positive difference in the healthcare experience. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding service and care.

Poor nurses. They reduce blood services instead of hiring. There underpayed and forced to work with in a break period after doing a 12 hour nightshift. Please goto fair work and get yourselves sorted out. Drs couldn’t care less. If they did. There wouldn’t be a sever wait on nurses and while I’m at it. The general condition of the practice is disgusting. Look at the main air vent. It’s choked with debris. This takes years to happen. Marks on all walls and public toilet is small. Hard to use. Rarely cleaned and disgusting. Hold it and save it for home.

Dear practice manager. I will keep posting the dilapidated condition of your practice until I see it fix. Thank you.

If you reply and doubt you will. I will update this post and pictures but while I’m at it will report this to someone. Covid runs rampant. Not a single fancy air system in the last few years. Just a money money for the owners

Extremely rude reception/admin staff. It has been a while since I've needed to visit the clinic so I was unaware of some of there changes around there walk-in appointments. I approached the desk to ask if I could see a doctor for my baby as he had woken with a swollen eye which had worsened throughout the day. She asked if had an appointment which I didn't. She rudely said "No we can't help you then" and turned me away. If I hadn't questioned her after she shut me down I wouldn't have found out that you can have a walk in appointment but for a cost or there was an appointment in 2 hours if I wanted to wait. She could have easily offered this at first instead of being so blunt and dismissive. That's the last time I visit this clinic. No customer service skills or empathy what so ever!

My doctor told me I was concerned about too many issues at once and I should book another appointment and would not listen to my concerns, I had food poisoning and all he offered was gastro-stop that just prolonged my illness and I developed a painful hernia.

Had worst experience ever – I think they just care for money. They charged me ($160) for nothing. I received a message from them to book an appointment to see follow up report. I took leave from my work and took my parents to the clinic. Unlike before, they said I need to pay $80 each prior to see the GP – which I did. But the GP said sorry he has not received any report yet. I asked them they should not charge if it has not arrived yet, but they said it is the policy. They charged me for nothing. And funny thing is they asked me to call to hospital and find the report – I think they should do it by themselves. Never recommended.

Worst clinic ever. The staff has absolutely no manners. My 2 year old asked for water and they said that we don’t have free water go buy your water from the pharmacy. They made us wait for 3 hours whenever I asked when’s our turn they’d either ignore me or just be rude to me. Never coming back to this clinic.

I have been coming here for years now and will continue to do so; as they have the friendliest staff. Especially Michelle, she always adds such a positive tone to the atmosphere. She is super friendly and caring but professional all at the same time! Keep up the good work

I was billed $80 dollars for Item 23 for Standard consult now I cannot Claim full return as the standard fee in $39.75. This clinic charges double the Medicare amount.

Probably the worst doctors experience we’ve had. The reception staff were terribly rude to us. On top of that, we’ve had multiple appointments with different doctors and all of them had poor bedside manner. They didn’t ask us about symptoms, didn’t properly give us any education about our illnesses, and always asked us to come back for multiple follow up appointments without giving us the care they could in one session. The only saving grace is the nurses. The nurses were so willing to give their time and had passion for the job. Nobody else had a shred of care or passion. Don’t go to this clinic and give them money if you have the choice.

People don’t want to hear the same garbage to their bad experiences get some real doctors and get your staff to respect clients. A smile is for free and that would be a good start.

I wish I could give them a 0 out of 5 if I could.
I have been going here for many years. Totally unprofessional and unhelpful, I've called them 4 times in the last 24 hours. I was told by 2 different reception staff that I could be given a telephone consult after 6pm since there was no other available appointments. I then called after 6pm and was told that the night doctors do not do telephone consults anymore. The attitude and rudeness was so uncalled for and this particular reception staff blamed me for not knowing when I was told very differently. You are better off going to a vet than this place. Please seek alternative practices if you want to be treated with respect and care. Absolutely disgusting.

Dr. De Silva's response to have a stat dec signature on a document - is that I had not completed blood tests in the clinic hence she could not sign the document was non sensical. She repeatedly questioned which other GP do I visit - when it clearly shows I had only attended that clinic and only visited with her. She further advised that they have only added me as a patient due to covid 19 influx - although I had been visiting this clinic for over 10 years. Just really unprofessional service!

If I could give 0 stars I would. How can a GP dare to laugh at a patients face seeking assistance? This clinic is pathetic. The GP who 'assisted' my wife is useless. To the person reading this, if you want medical help I suggest you go elsewhere. If you seek a fraudulent medical certificate than this place is fine. The employee's do not care about a patients prior history and simply spit useless information. Pathetic.

AVOID THIS DUMP, I spoke to the receptionist they said we do walk-ins, I drove all that way to get told were not taking paitents, Makesure you have someone recording the phone conversation prior to you showing up for proof, Staff are cold, rude, unprofessional and racist.
I am suprised this rubbish landfill dump is still open
