What I fail to understand about the clinic is what is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait for 1 to 2 hrs every time you are here. Its the same excuse that the doc is running behind. Please find a solution to this its very inconvenient to wait for so long especially when you are not feeling well. It defeats the purpose of making the appointment. The system needs to be more streamlined.

Have been here many times and visited a number of different GPs here both male and female and never had any problem. They always listen and are very helpful. However looking at other reviews, the staff smoking is quite concerning not just for public health but their own. I have had many family members pass away because of smoking and these smokers are the ones that will end up suffering.

My 9 month old was very sick her temp was 38.7 ON ARIVAL TO THE CLINIC! Then she was made to wait 2 hours in the car vomiting till she was seen then when the only doctor on did see her he was very fast said it’s teething now leave didn’t check her and told us to leave cos her temp had finally broken by then given the 2 hour wait didnt listen to us when we said she’s not eating or drinking no wet nappies and just wants to sleep. She was admitted into the covid ward a few hour later. With temps over 39.

Attempted to become a new patient. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, but obviously the senior? Receptionist has had a terrible day or just hates her job. Extremely rude and abrupt. Unless you have exhausted all other avenues avoid. Unfortunately I can’t say what the other staff are like due to leaving and won’t be back.

Even though I have an appointment, I have to wait for more than an hour. The Receptionist will tell you not too long but they will not give you any time. Disgusting service. I will not give even one star to this clinic.

I only come here if I can't get into another place as it is local. But the clinic staff are either a hit or miss.

The young gentleman was so beautiful and helpful he actually cares about the patient. But this old lady that "helped" me was discussingly rude and snappy, I understand everyone is under so much pressure right now and it's very hard I'm more than happy to wait as long as it takes but when youre rude right off the bat it is very unprofessional.

The past few times I've been here the doctor I've seen doesn't examine me and just says youre fine bye! He has dismissed me twice then I go get a second opinion and there was definitely something wrong.

Pharmacy people are very helpful and friendly they're the only good thing that comes out of this place.

Dr Naveed Mughal is the best he looks after everyone in the family … He’s very professional and caring and has extensive knowledge in TAC /Work cover issues.
Just a fantastic Dr!

My sister just went in to see a dr. And she had been seen by Dr.pradeepa. She was so unprofessional as my sister is telling her about the pains she is experiencing the dr had started laughing in her face my sister had felt so uncomfortable. If a patient is telling you about her pains it is not right to be laughing in your face. Something has to be done as this is so unprofessional I can only imagine how many other patients have been laughed at while raising their concerns about their health.

Wouldn't go back here if they had the cure for cancer.
We only deal with disrespectful staff. Doctors who don't listen and have no clue what they are doing.

Dr Janan is simply Amazing, having found her I honestly can say she’s one of the best female doctors I have ever seen. Also receptionist Lauren is always very welcoming with a smile on her face.

If I could give this clinic a 0, I certainly would. They refused to examine my 2 year old daughter because she was suffering cold and flu symptoms, even though I explicitly told them she is prone to croup since birth. I was told to get a COVID test, with a negative result otherwise they will not be able to treat her. The doctor also had the audacity to tell me that if her symptoms get worse, I need to take her to a hospital. Only a few days before this my father a 60+ year old man attended this same clinic with much more sever cold and flu symptoms, and was seen and treated by one of their GP's. No questions asked. The doctor was even wearing his mask under his nose. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

I am unsure of why this clinic has such a low rating. The only issues are that sometime certain staff members are quite rude, but others are nice. I am not concerned about waiting times, because that means that the doctor is taking time with their Patients and ensuring quality care. I would much rather be waiting a bit more, then just to be shoved out quickly. The pharmacy is quite expensive so please be warned.

Now to the great part! I have started seeing Dr Zraika for while now, and he is honestly of the smartest, but also most empathetic doctors out there. I have had a lot of issues ranging across different areas of health, and Dr Zraika has amazing knowledge. It helps that he used to be a pharmacist! Something that’s amazing because it gives him even more experience. From seeing Dr Zraika, my symptoms have become much better, and there has been many times where I’ve rung up desperate to speak to him, and even though he could be behind on time due to very sick patients, he always makes his best effort. This is the true example of a doctor. Dr Zraika has honestly made my life much better. Doesn’t just treat you like a number. He treats you like a human being. Thank you Dr Zraika! You are a very valued member or society,

First time patient, just wanted to give Lauren a big thumbs up, she was so nice in a real and genuine way. Not very common with receptionist.

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because you can't give 0 stars. Completely unprofessional, don't care about the patients only care about the bottom line. Please DO NOT use this clinic.

Worst clinic I have ever visited. Reception Joumiana refused to let me see a Dr saying they close at midnight even though there was no one else there and it was 11: 50. I explained to her I have a cut on my hand and it has kept opening which her response was go to the hospital it's not life threatening and we will be closing soon, we don't want to be here after close. What a lazy and selfish person. All she cared about was her own finish time and not wanting to be there minute more. Won't be going here ever again. Do yourself a favour and avoid these rude people if you can.

Took the utmost care of my daughter, were really caring. Nurses were absolutley fantastic couldnt give them enough credit! My daughter felt comfortable and at ease even with a busted lip. Lovely receptionists informational, pharmacy was open at 1130pm which was really convenient and helped ease the stress of teying to find somewhere at that time.

Worst customer service. The lady receptionist was so rude. In the sign they mentioned that “Bad behaviour will not be tolerated”!
What a joke! You guys doing bad customer service towards patients. Please change your receptionist!

So disappointing bought my 2 year old to an app I booked over the phone get there and becsie of covid i have sit in my car in 30 degree heat for God knows how long poor form.

Amazing staff and care. Cut my hand and went to the northern hospital but because they were so busy ended up at this clinic to get my stitches. Honestly can't say thank you enough to Dr jamali, the nurse Carmen who treated me and the receptionist who fit me in so quickly. Thank you again for everything you did and do everyday, appreciate it.
