Come here all the time, has become our favourite date night spot.
Friendly staff, quick service. Would highly recommend.

Food was top notch. Decent portion sizes with the food being extremely flavourful. The foh staff were brilliant and always jumped out to the table even if I looked as if i was in need for something. A great experience and will definitely visit again.

Amazing staff, attentive service delicious and generous meals, cherry on the top is cocktail, the extensive list of cocktails.

Being vegetarian this mexican restaurant cuisine has amazing vegetarian and vegan options.highly recommended for people who loves flavourful foods.

I’ve had the pleasure of being able to come to Mexico City for about 7 years and I have never been disappointed. The food and service is absolutely incredible and it our go to dinner restaurant. The owners are amazing people and have never failed to make my family and I smile. I recommend Mexico City to anyone.

Mexico City is be far the best Mexican in Melbourne. Not only is the food delicious but the owners and staff are so welcoming and every experience is absolutely amazing.
For anyone looking for delicious Mexican…please don’t look any further than Mexico City

Came across this beautiful establishment after being highly recommended by one of my colleagues. I must say the food was second to none. I felt like I was in Mexico. They also have a great range of Tequila’s. We were served by a young man with a great knowledge of food and Tequila. If you like Mexican you must visit this great restaurant.

Extremely disappointed. We had been there previously & had great service & food. This time they bought our mains first & then bought the entree that we were going to share straight after the mains. Meal was luke warm. I advised them that the meals weren’t hot but they didn’t seem to care at all. They did not end up charging us for the entree, however I will not go back there again.

The service was appalling. The staff were rude and laughing in our face. Will never come back here again.
We asked to have another drink and got told they were closed and the bar was closed. They did not apologise they did not offer to let us have another drink even though they usually call last drinks. They were so rude on top of that when we gave them feedback aswell. Customer service should not be like this after spending a lot of money which by the way the bill was $300.
Next time they should think twice about treating customers this way and maybe we could have been back to spend more money. But they just lost us and I recommend you do not come here aswell.
We usually came here a lot (regulars) and no more! Thank you.

Staff very friendly got us a table without a booking, plenty of people at this good vibe restaurant and it wasn't over loud with music playing in the background. Smokey chorizo was delicious paella had everything I wanted big serves of food you definitely won't go hungry

Expensive Mexican/Indian food run by Indians. No BYO. They also own the same named one in elsternwick

The best Mexican food ever and Roxy is the hostess with the mostess - tequilas and nachos ️️️️️

Super delicious authentic Tex-Mex! Really loved the prawn tacos and the chimichanga Such cool wall art too.

The chimichangas are so good here. We drive 40 minutes just to go here and it's worth it. My favourite thing is the beans though, could eat them for days and not get sick of them. Highly recommended!

Ordered paella and juice for delivery. The juice didn’t arrive and the Paella was anything but Paella - all onions, and nothing else there

staff and service was also absolutely amazing, super fast and attentive, we ordered the beef burrito, prawn tacos, beef and chicken tacos, potato chips, beef quesadilla and beef fajita along with some drinks.the food came out super quickly and the portions were quite large.we really enjoyed everything we ordered and definitely will be coming back!

This place used to be great but not so much post covid. Paella is usually fresh cooked but not so now. Disappointed at the current fare.
