Extremely well stocked, good pricing and was filled with plenty of friendly staff, can't go wrong!

Sorry but considering my partner spent over $100. This is the only shop/store that won't let a 3yr old use a toilet causing him to wet his pants by the time we had to cross the rd and work out where it is.
There was no prices on hardly anything there was scanners but did they work NO

One of the best hobby stores in Melbourne CBD.the staff know their stuff and I even like the location. Wheelchair access could be better.

Plenty of model train resources and other models to make, jigsaws and a whole lot more. Knowledgeable staff that were happy to help and advise. Well worth a visit, and so easy to get to on the trams that go down Burke Street.

I am absolutely in love with this store. Excellent customer service, the dudes are helpful and friendly. The products are absolute well-priced, the best store I by far had the best experience. I will definitely come again

After a decade of sitting in the garage, I decided to tidy up my old Tamiya RC’s and get them running again. I had no problem finding parts I needed through Metro Hobbies’ website.

Always impressed by their quick deliver times, when I got sick of on-road RC’s I knew exactly the place to pick up my first off-road RC, the legendary Traxxas Slash.

Since then I have bought a few upgrades and specialised tools, always at a competitive price and delivered quickly!

Best hobby shop in Melbourne. Some of their online stock isn't available in-store so make sure to check before you visit, that'd be my only complaint.

Love this place as it is centrally located, very helpful staff, sharing their experiences to help enthusiasts. Wide range available and nicely illuminated and displayed.

I generally get a bit carried away when I'm here.

I love this shop always the best service and quality products, but at my last shop I was refused entrance at 4: 50 even though they close at 5, I havnt been able to travel to the city for the last 6 weeks due to my work and the one time I come in to spend more than $180 I was pushed back by a Asian man at the door who I have never seen (possibly new?).
But for the rest of the store and service 5 stars but for this one case I was disappointed.

Great place to go and check for model kits, dioramas, remote controlled cars and anything you need want to use for customisation.

This place must have every hobby covered! Plus all the odd bits of equipment to help you out. Love the variety offered in this hidden away gem of a place.

Rude and unhelpful.
Placed an order on the 2/6.
Was posted on 3/6.
Delivery failed 4/6, because your delivery service does not deliver to parcel lockers. No time during checkout was this mentioned to me, nor did anybody contact me before sending my order.
Contacted 4/6 regarding this issue, no response.
I called you on 7/6 to follow up, you agreed to have the parcel returned to you via Star Track, then readdressed. You clearly didn’t do this. Product sat in the depo until 11/6.
I contacted Star Track 10/6, they still had my parcel locker address and knew nothing about a return, denied sender had contacted them. They agreed to have it posted the next day.
Delivery on 11/6 was missed because nobody was home. Driver refused to turn around with permission to leave. Refused pickup from depo or any alterations.
Contacted you again, staff were rude and refused to help resolve the situation. Was told you don't deliver to last week (and laughed at) when I complained about the parcel already being delayed by a week because of your fault. They refused to do anything to help, from sending a new order via courier, or arranging a pick up location within my 25km limit. Now stuck waiting over the long weekend without my paid for product, no idea on delivery date because I will not be home Tuesday.
I asked for a refund on the delivery charge and was refused, and they said they would refund the full order if I brought it in to the store, which I can't do, because I don’t have the product. Or I could come in to the store and buy another compressor, despite me already saying you were too far away.

Would not recommend shopping with such rude and unhelpful people. Want the money I paid in shipping returned to me, since you couldn't even tell me Star Track wold not deliver to my parcel locker (your staff knew about this when they shipped, they confirmed over the phone). No followup from staff to solve this issue, you didn’t even inform Star Track about the agreement to have the parcel returned to you and resent. I have had to contact you every step of the way. All legwork done by myself, and still not resolved!

Great range of models and larger Lego sets, also supplied a big bag to take it home on the train. Friendly and helpful service, highly recommended
