Melbourne's Mower Centre - The RedShed - Dandenong

Kellie at Dandenong exceeded all expectations, handling my time critical request for a purchase of Honda portable generator without issue. A volley of phone calls both during and outside business hours and emails to confirm payment were all handled seamlessly and efficiently. I must commend Kellie for her exceptional customer service and highly recommend Melbourne's Mower Centre.

Placed an order and paid in full on the 8th of December and was told the item would arrive the following week. I am still waiting for it. I have phoned 5 times now and each time someone takes down my details and says they will call back. I am still waiting for a call back about what has happened with the order.

The bloke who served me was friendly, I knew what I wanted to he took me out back and he set it up, it some fuel in it and got it going. Gave me the snippet, receipt warranty, warranty upsell ($20 for the oil for an extra couple years, bargain) and helped me out to the car. Left the packaging there which was a good thing too

Went there Friday 12/10 2pm stood around for 15 mins no service went to Hastings mowers spent 800

I Took my victa battery operated lawn mower, in to have it looked at today had the best experience with help today, i recommend anyone who has one of these mowers to take it there, great customer service.

Had my Honda for 3 months, couldn't be happier. The staff are friendly and were patient with all my questions, highly reccomend!

Purchased a chainsaw and log splitter, staff were helpful and provided a great service. Both items were tested, full with fuel and oil and ready to go.

If you need a some equipment to make your outdoor space easier to maintain - these guys know their stuff, great range and are very helpful.

Bought a new chainsaw from Mike. He was very helpful and made sure that I got the right chainsaw for my purposes. Great knowledge and service. Looking forward to going logging with my new Husqvarna.

Have been to the shop twice in 2 weeks for parts for my chainsaw and line trimmers. Both times staff have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to recommended.

Took my Honda Buffalo there for a service and wanted to get a four blade installed. Waited over 3 weeks for my mower and even after the many calls, still slow. And to top it off, they still didn't install the four blade I requested.

I expected better service, since I spent over a $1000 dollars on this mower, and I bought off them as well

I bought a Husqvarna robotic mower. The staff were very knowledge and open minded. Best of all the after sales service was / is first class.

Purchased a Honda Generator and received outstanding service, advice and value from Cameron at the Dandenong Store. My first shop of choice for all my future gardening needs!
