Top-level old-school customer service. I haven't been this impressed with customer service for years. Shane gave us a great price on a second-hand ride-on mower, and delivered - 100 km away! A high-performing small business.

Slowest service you could possibly imagine.
15 minutes to be served then had to wait another 10 mins to be priced up through checkout.

Purchased my second mower from the Red Shed in Dandenong this week. Was so happy with the recommendation, price and performance of the first mower, it seemed only logical to return. Shane and the staff are helpful and courteous. Shane's extensive knowledge is invaluable to making an informed decision. Travelling well over 200km to get here says it all. Highly recommended for their range, service, knowledge and.pricing.

I have been dealing with Red Shed Dandenong for the last 6 years I recommend them HIGHLY the whole team especially Shawn for their beautiful helpful smile service they provide. And I will engage them as long as I will need them

I would highly recommend the red shed team, I needed some new cables for my tiller machine. They packed and shipped them for me going to Sydney from Melbourne and I received them in 2 working days.absolutely fantastic.well done team

I would love to share my experience, online purchase of Honda Water Pump.

I did order online, I did pay by credit card, as I need this pump today.

Of course, we get a receipt from our transaction, which is all fine, so the lady rang me, I can pick up the pump, ut is ready.and just bear in mind, we need the credit card and driver license to release this product.

The only problem with this, it is a company credit card, and it is not in my name, so I can not receive order.

What a joke, in this day and age, we have to find an alternative source for a pump now.

The lady was more than happy to refund the purchase.

The policy of this company is beyond me, I never will go back there again.

I would not recommend this company for any purposes at all.

Highly recommended place to get a lawnmower. I met Dale last year in July 2022. I purchased the Masport Marshal mover instantly. He was very helpful with knowledge and experience with what mover I was needed.

I've just come back today to book in it's first service of 5hours. I have small land in Cranbourne. I was lucky enough to get my mover serviced on the spot! Met Dave I was happy he remembered me tbh. Great team at Redshed in Dandenong. I cannot speak highly enough of Dale. Best service and advise. If your too busy during the week, they are open 7days. Very satisfied customer and come down check them out!

Just purchased a Rover hydro ride on mower, great little machine, but what really impressed me was the service from Shane, Steve H and the rest of the team, went above and beyond for me, highly recommend these guys for all your mowing/gardening needs, top notch.

We live in the western suburbs and always shop at the Red Shed. Their customer service is amazing and the boys know their stuff when it comes to mowers, chainsaws ect.
Going back in March 2021 I lost a gold bracelet but remember buying a mower and other stuff that day from the Red Shed but didn’t bother to call them to see if they had found it as I went into other stores that day. Fast forward to October 2022 we were back at the Red Shed buying another mower for our son for Xmas. When we finished the sale for some reason my bracelet came to mind so I asked if they had found a bracelet which I lost nearly 2 years ago. I was then asked to describe it which I did and then was asked to wait a minute. To my surprise yes they found one and it was mine. I was over the moon as I thought I would never see it again being it was a solid gold bracelet. I can’t thank these guys enough they sure made my day and other customers in the store were amazed as well to their true honesty and still having it in their possession.

Staff at this store are extremely helpful and accommodating.
So far the performance of the Greenworks Pro lawn tractor has been fantastic, well beyond expectations. Compared with my previous John Deere D130, the Greenworks Pro is much more manoeuvrable, and has better grip, climbs steeper hills. Battery lasts longer than expected, and the charging system, criticised by some, is ideal. Also, contrary to reports, the 3 chargers run simultaneously on a single 10amp circuit. Thank God I gave up petrol!
