Melbourne's Mower Centre - The RedShed - Dandenong

The Thursday before Good Friday I called the Red Shed about purchasing a chain saw for my son. Shane answered, even though it was after closing, and gave me his time. On Saturday I spoke to the very patient Sam (I had so many questions), and on Sunday we travelled into the store. We purchased the Husqvarna 450 and the assistance we received from SHANE was the best customer service I have had in a very long time Thanks to you both for your very professional and patient service. It was greatly appreciated by my whole family and I would highly recommend your business to anyone. You guys rock.

I bought a Husqvarna ride on mower from this store at a decent discount over the listed retail price. It came at the end of the week as promised; although Shane couldn’t get a delivery truck, he brought it over himself after work and showed me how to use it. Turned a 4 hour mowing job into a 20 min job.

Went there to purchase lawnmower spent 10 minutes and not one staff member came to help kept looking at me and walking off pathetic customer service I would never go there again

My first visit to The Redshed. Uncertain whether to buy a new budget mower, or a sturdier 2nd hand model. Following some advice from Aaron, I decided on the 2nd hand model, although it didn't come with a catcher. Well several weeks later, the advice and the mower have both proven to be sound. Although under no further obligation, they've also since tracked and provided me with the catcher. It was a pleasure to come across a genuine business, with people that clearly care about what they do. Thanks to Shane and Aaron for an all positive experience.

Not even worth one star. I have rang this company twice over the last 6 months and no help whatsoever. The first call I was looking at getting a pressure washer fixed and I’m still waiting for the reply and the second time a few months later but only bout a month ago I rang talked to two different people and was told to send photos through to company mobile which I did and didn’t get a reply so I rang them again and was told they were busy over the counter with people and they’d get back to me. I’m still waiting. I spent $500 elsewhere as I wouldn’t give these guys the time of day as that’s how they’ve treated me twice. Just about to spend 5k on a new wash but it’s organised with Spitwater who actually wanted business.

I purchased a petrol lawn mower for my elderly father today. Jason and his team went out of their way to help us find the perfect mower, it arrived personally delivered, all set up and Jason explained how to use it. I cannot recommend Red Shed highly enough. Their professionalism and communication skills remind me of what great service is. Thank you, Jason and team.

I have purchased Gardening equipment from many retailers over the years. Since taking my business to the Red Shed Dandenong i haven't looked back. I've rediscovered just how good customer service can be. I've found that it doesn't matter who serves you they're all willing to help and if they don't know something they find someone that does.

Shane has worked with me to sort out a minor ordering mishap and has been able to change my experience from a poor one to a better one. The mower that I got is an awesome battery-powered mower and has a great cutting capacity.

My Grandfather seemed to have received a great deal after getting a $300 discount on a purchase of a new ride on mower, was told also he'd receive a free 10 hour service, but when picking up the mower after the first service was slugged $375?

Needed some parts. Not interested and just wanted to sell a new saw. You don't throw out professional saws you fix them. Wouldn't even give me a price. Yes a $200 chainsaw from Bunnings it lasts 2 years throw it out a $1500 saw you don't throw out because it needs a piston and rings

The guys at The RedShed Dandenong didn't have the part I needed, for an MTD ride on, but they were very helpful with directions to another supplier. Thanks for your help.

Not happy at all with their service. They tried to ripped me off with charging big$$$ for just a small used part.
